Language and education, should be where there is a common interest, but for spirituality, no one has the authority to make one certain spirituality the only one, because you are not a creator only the creator should do that. Its simple, avoid traps, or spots that generate disagreement, if you are forming a kind of indigenous unity. Which is a wise thing to do.

Such indigenous unity should not generate another form of conflict or should not be a forceful displacement of ones personal spiritual experiences.

And i encourage you to improve upon your ideals which is for uniting not for shock value neither emotionally charged, but naturally welcoming and for an ideal coexistence
