Thanks a lot. I'd sent it via webform a week ago. Please, do you know how to know the exact visa office to send webforms and mails (if need be)? I don't know which office will process my application.

Please educate me on what you mean by outcome.
I think webform can be used for so many reasons -
1. Exchanging a document (if you uploaded a wrong one).
2. Attaching additional documents.
3. Notifying a change in address or other situations.
4. General enquirires etc.

I believe webform is raised when we have outcome of our application? correct me if I am wrong.

I support this idea/advise; Just tink about it

Toceen2022:

Well, regardless of any advice given here, you're still the one to decide what and what worth it. Is it to abandon your study and be with your family, or to sacrifice few years to get what you want and unite with them.

Personally, if I were to be in your situation, I'll continue with my study. So far my kids are with their Dad in Nigeria, I'll be relieved to some extent. They are not with relatives or third parties, so I'm sure their Dad will take good care of them. The sacrifice I'm making is for the betterment of our future as a family, and after my studies they can join me anytime, if the goals have been achieved.

If I chose to abandon my studies, what could possibly happened? Applying after 2 years, IRCC already know I was given a study permit in the past and abandoned it. What could I possibly give as reasons to convince the VO the second time that I am now ready and a genuine student? What is the guarantee that the situation that made me abandon my study would have been better by then?

I believe any good thing comes with its own sacrifices. The 2 years I want to wait, I would have finished my studies and possibly get a PR or close to getting it. Then why should I keep delaying when no one knows what the future holds.

We have seen someone here that left Canada and wish to reapply with her husband of a marriage that is just 3 months or so. The person believes its her documents that will speak for her again. That was her choice.
And that's why I said earlier that everything still depends on what you think is best for you.

Gracias

I think say nah only me.

My dear I have sent mail and webforms and I am tired. With evidences and everything ooh, but still. With the recent approvals, seems nah highest bidder now ooh.

If you get the money and the right papers, you get approved. But lets keep waiting, but for me, I have given up ooh. 7 months baby don get sense nah, that is what I have been using to wait. Everyday suspense and anxiety, omo I think say I strong, no be for this one. IRCC really break me.

Hello NL Family, who has experience with family application. Please did you get PPR almost the same time as every other family member. I applied with my children, I have received my PPR since last week but my children's PPR have not come. IRCC sent medical request to them and it has been updated to passed for more than 1 month even before mine was updated. Do you think I should send an email or webform?

Send a letter of consent which is to be written by their dad through mail and webform to IRCC. Your spouse should state that he is fully aware and give his consent for them to travel with you. Attach a copy of his international passport.

Do you have work experience that has to do with Software Development? Cos Biological Science has nothing to do with Software Development (Wrong Academic Progression)

If you are a first time applicant, it's an SOP (STATEMENT OF PURPOSE) you gonna write not an LOE (Letter of Explanation)

That being said, you will find the contents in the link below useful as a guide to draft your SOP

Don't rush doing medicals now if you haven't gathered all necessary requirements for study permit application.
Reason : medical has only 1 year validity
