It's not for everybody and you can't try it anyhow except you are used to it, back then it was a method we use to cure hunger in the hostel and it worked perfectly fine, funny shit is we did it almost all the time.

Back then, I remember when I tried it at home when I came back from boarding school, funny enough I wasn't even hungry, I had good food and all but I just wanted to try it for the fun of it and I ended up regretting it because I almost threw up.
