Lets us be sincere with ourselves, with the way food prices in the market have gone high, it's now tripled the former price, when was the last time you had a good balance diet meal, me it is as it comes, anywhere belle face, may GOD bless us so that we can be able to put food on our table conveniently, share your experience too.

Though expensive. I try to eat balanced meal daily. But it's pricey. I spend an average of 1k - 1,200 or 2k sha, when I go for yoghurts, I spend 3k per meal. But I don't joke with my meal balancing.

This afternoon

Cook your food at home

I just finish devouring one plate of Mama blessing hot jellof rice, salad and Turkey
Right now, I dey balance am with 1 Stick of loud

The burial i went to last week i was able to get huge share of the food, turkey, salad, and fried rice with cold henekein Attend an average man burial na food go pursue you, rich people

Stable feeding comes before one can start thinking of balance diet and foodstuffs are so expensive right now. Na anything I see I dey chop and if there's nothing na to sleep like that.

You also need fruits to cleanse your stomach after eating different varieties of food.Na who get time to balance diet?Eat to stay alive.

Ratio your diet, its actually cheap if you know a thing or two about th role of hormones in satiation .
For example, you can do small fuufuu, plenty veggies & kpomo or beef, now fufu has a low GI index in the family of complex carbs, triggers leptin & keeps you full without the cravings, or you can do eggs and tomatoes sauce or you can do meat cooked in natural spices like turmeric, ginger, black pepper et al. You get ? Eating a balance meal is really easy just choose what works for you & stick to it, plus you can always so Omad or 2mad. Ps: no be everything you must chop. Some food(s) r not particularly good for your health like junks, refined carbs,sugar,soy,wheat & its derivatives e.g bread,kpof kpof. When the food you eat doesn't makes you feel better it eventually makes you sick.gbam

Lol. Majority of Nigerians are not after balanced diet. They eat anything just to survive. E no go better for Buhari and APC.

Rice and Igbo banga soup saturated with vegetables, Crayfish and everything that give obara(blood) with two meat, I now downloaded it with a bottle of malt and washed it down with Viju bottle water.

Adulthood no be scam.

That akward moment when you have small soup left and you decide to make eba and finish the soup ..... Only for you to make one mountian of eba and soup remain small
