Hello, good morning. So sorry to barge, in but this your line of thought isn't accurate. Keeping the thread alive does not mean most on the thread have nothing else that keeps them busy. It makes no sense to have invested time/energy to attempt two different testing, upload documents and you expect people to move on. I understand it's frustrating but then, what can we do? Keep hope alive and keep being busy.

Another HYPOCRITE spotted

There's a girl on TikTok posting stuff from her work which is at this NCDMB..... she mentioned she was converted from a much lower position into that of an assessor/core role in the NCDMB...she stated that her undergraduate background was far away from her current job role and that it is the same case for most of them who got recruited ....they began work right shortly after the time this recruitment exercise was sort of active online.....can't remember the year she posted...



The information makes me think that unless serious allegations of replacement....hijack.. misappropriation and illegal recruitment/conversion of staff are reported to the EFCC...icpc or other legal body for investigation...it might be the very recruitment batch they have gone awol and mute over right when it remained just the final stage.

But this is Nigeria for you....abuse of office isn't too much crime here.... And it might take a court judgement for that action to be reversed....all applicants should do with this information what you will but I'll advise you all make effort to confirm if underground replacement hasn't been done since that time... and if you confirm that it has... make the effort to report the issue to regulatory authorities such as icpc....EFCC so they can investigate and fight for you guys.. I heard they shared the slots and were just inserting details of their own undeserving people...many of whom never even applied.

This is for people who have been applying for several jobs with no result. Have you consciously analysed what the problem might be? Have you given your CV to an independent person to review and tell you where you might be doing it wrong, are you using the right industry keywords ? what about showing those achievements and projects you have done?

You just burst out that you are from Beyelsa, you have access to updates, you got some updates, you will not share updates with anyone on the thread; yet, you are on the thread and even calling those trying to update us as irrationals.

I don't blame some guys. The frustrating of this delayed recruitment is having its toll on us hence the unavoidable outburst. I personally didn't believe that come June we won't have been engaged or at least know the outcome of this recruitment. But this is Nigeria & it's bereaucracies for you. Let's not blame anyone that has given us failed updates here. Things change in our system unexpectedly. However I sincerely believe this recruitment will be concluded. Let's just hope we would be among those to be considered.

funny enough I know another tiktok person that slightly showed a file which was ncdmb and looking at the post the person started last year December maybe but guess the person served there. nawa for our country so sad how credible and meritorious candidates are sidelined all because of no connect.

NNPC cancelled it to accommodate their children and politicians candidates. NCDMB may follow suit.
As it is now nothing is going on as regards this recruitment. Nobody is discussing it, may be at the end they will do replacement with their candidates

Seriously the way I see it people have almost run out of hope, Including me. This matter be like go no dey go.
