Apart from the 9 million I showed a fixed deposit of 30m. I guess what I will do next is have my dad liquidate say 5-10m from his fixed deposit and explain the lumpsum. Adding that to the pre-existing amount in his account It would convict the VO. I'll also have him transfer my living expense for a year to my account. My question now is when i'll be submitting my new application will I submit the same documents I did the first time or only LOE tackling refusal reason and updated bank statements? ShowYoung: |

chytai:I doubt if that is possibile, cos a school in Canada (be it University or College) will require your complete academic transcript and your certificate of completion showing that you completed your Bachelors degree before you can be eligible to apply for admission Await additional response from others |

Yes my dad is retired tho he has several houses he built that he collects rent on while he receives a pension of over 1m from the government. I added his pension ID card and pension payslips for 4 months. Like you advised I will have him transfer my one year living expense to me backing it up with a gift deed. What I intend to do differently: 1) Liquidate about 5-10m from his fixed deposit account in addition to the amount I he already has in his account and address any lump some in my LOE 2) Break down my funds in my LOE and talk in depth about my dad's source of income 3)Book a return ticket and add it to the documents I'll upload. I am very positive I'll get PPR speedily on reapplication. I await input from others. amila20042001: |

chytai:It is difficult but not impossible. If it were to be in the US, I would say it's very possible. My advice is that you should have it in your mind that you are going for an undergraduate program, if per adventure you are able to get some course waivers, it will be advantageous. Meanwhile, you must be able to present your transcripts for the 3 years and statement of result in form of a notification of result which will state that you have completed 3 years out of 4 years. Try and don't give up on your 3 years of rigorous study easily. |

I don't knowif you know the moniker name Lawfree638, he did got ppr after he and wife have stwrted studying in UK. So he sent his passport to London and got it stamped. Good evening guys I really need your opinion on this. I was refused last month, I ordered my GCMS notes and it was said that my funds was insufficient and rightly so, it was. Now my sponsor(father) sold a property and he's gonna receive a lump sum of 12 million Naira in his account. He has about 8.5 million Naira now plus the lumpsum it's going to be 20.5 million naira. I have all the documents to show evidence of the sale, I'd also be adding pictures of the property that was sold. My sponsor is going to write a letter of explanation addressing this lumpsum, how the money came about and the details involving the sale of the property. He also has a regular source of income, he earns 560,000 in a month. And he's also allowed to collect 25 percent of his pension funds which would be close to 3m Tuition Fee is 17,000 Cad a year. First semester tuition has already been paid. Sponsor (Father)is also going to write in the letter of sponsorship that once my study permit has been granted, he'd make the payment of my tuition balance. He doesn't want to pay the tuition balance until the study permit has been granted. I'd like to know if I can proceed with submitting my application. Your responses would be appreciated. Thank you all. |

I am so sorry it is almost a year late. It was a personal promise that i would give this testimony when everything is complete Ppr alert….. First of all I promised God I will do this if I get all my family’s visas… Secondly I have to give back to this awesome forum even though its been a long time coming. I sha applied for my spouse and child on the 4th of March 2022 Medicals – 10th of November 2021 Applied – 4th of March 2022 Biometrics – 8th of March 2022 Medicals updated – 10th of March 2022 In between, people interceded, I prayed(NSPPD), I disturbed IRCC with web forms and emails. I actually started disturbing them from the first month. Sent an email to the MP after 1 month, she contacted IRCC and said I should write them back if I don’t get a decision by 18th of June, somebody I emailed in April, 1ST of June I sha sent them another email saying that I had not gotten any update, she contacted IRCC again, weyrey said I should write them back on the 15th of September. U can imagine at this point I was down for 2 days and even stopped sending the webforms and emails. But I didn’t stop praying or believing. I even ordered gcms notes 2 weeks ago, that one dey high sea. There is something I usually do with my husband in faith, for example, if we are believing God for a new job, we would go and shop for the job, maybe buy a new clothing item to wear on the first day of the job, so 2 weeks ago, I went to carter’s and bought 2 tops for my daughter and just kept it out to be looking at every day. Even yesterday I de look boxes for Instagram wey dem go use travel sef. Omo I woke up today and voila… In NSPPD, we were asked to write prayer request with a date for the deadline, I wrote June 14th on mine and it happened on June 15th… What God cannot do does not exist. I used a very good agent(Agent no pay me for adverts biko) for my application because I was scared, I don’t have properties….i normally do all my visa applications by myself, so for my spouse when agent say make I bring 400k I decided to do it myself. Shoutout to Lianna, God’s favourite child… she came through for me 101%, and everything I used to apply, I got from her. Lianna should open an agency for visa, I swear she go make am.
