Kwestionair:
Your papa naim give South East scanty votes! Lee deceiving yourself because we know people from Niger and chad are ready with their bulk votes. It is well, poverty staring at Nigeria with open eye.
You can't make sense with insults... SouthEast region has the lowest registered voters in Nigeria, this is fact. No matter how Una run kitatakita reach to get PVCS, that number will just change a Little and that's all. Whatever number you add will only swear the voters number in other region because most Igbos will register elsewhere which make the South East voting power even weaker.

Do you think the Hausas and Yorubas are foolish going back to their home town to register and vote. This is the reason they are politically more advanced than the Igbos. How I wish they inform their people to go back home and register to vote, the region would have had a strong political values...

Right now the South East do not have any political values. They are the least most important. This is what you all should have done instead of shouting OBI up and down. OBI obviously put you guys at disadvantage because your voting pattern can be predicted. Now it's obvious no Igbo man will smell the Presidency anytime soon. OBI should have remained in PDP and Jejely take the VP slot and develop from their and see what the future holds. But Igbos rejected the post of VP, a position they have not even attained before in the Fourth Republic. Igbos have a better chance at PDP and APC than in any other parties.

Meanwhile no dey insult person old enough to father you... He get reason why ooo

Wrong assertion! Atiku got it right. The south south has got more advantage over the south East due to insecurity, population and others. Wike that can cost Atiku lots of votes in the North.
Lol ... Half of the people in South South is from South East so keep calm and be Obidient.

Yes, Okowa is Ibo and from South south. That way, Atiku can get votes from both regions. Atiku will win NE and get substantial votes in NW and NC.

I repeat if Tinubu picks a Muslim Northerner he losses..its that simple..for starters he loses the entire Christian population of Nigeria. call it sentiments but Nigeria is divided along religious lines already ..

Then he looses the entire Christian North.. the lie the North tries to sell is that it is 95% Muslim thats untrue ..where do u think the election numbers in the north come from once u take out almighty Kano.. The north-central has always been a slave to the core north they are only useful for election numbers and dumped afterward..they know this and are already playing their cards by giving them a few sticks by releasing those imprisoned plateau stalwarts.. they saw this coming

The north-central is the beautiful bride of this election for the north and SS for the south like it or not.. northwest and northeast are already battlegrounds and kano, Kaduna, katsina, and Sokoto and other core north states will be divided between whoever Tinubu picks, Atiku, and Kwankwaso if Obi goes for the merger. and on those fronts Atiku has the leverage considering that if he wins power remains with the north.

I repeat whoever wins the north-central and South South wins.. mark these words..

Benue - 80% christhian
Plateu - 80% christhian
kogi _ 30% christhian
taraba - 80 % christhian
Borno- 40% christhian
kadunna _ 35% christhian

I repeat whoever wins the north-central and South-South wins.. mark these words..
Majority of the Christians you are talking about are in the SS and SE who are not going to vote for him anyway. Majority of the Christians in Yoruba land will not mind and will still vote him. Its about the choice that gives the most benefit. Choosing a xtian northerner gives very little benefit compared to a Muslim. Even if he picks the pope he is not going to win Anambra, Tarawa or Southern Kaduna so why bother?

If u understand politics, u will know that okowa was the best candidate at this point because
1. Pdp only need the north and south south to clinch the victory

2.okowas humility is undisputable

3.pdp already has a hold of almost all the south eastern states

4. Governor wike remains committed to his party with or without the position of the vp

your analysis is a subject of your heart, have nothing to do with reality, igbos delivers block vote to any candidate they are supporting, so such vote can't be said to be scanty oga.
Yes my analysis and that scanty block vote will go to Obi. That's why Atiku picked someone from the South South because they have better political values (numbers) that has not aligned totally. Let me tell you why Igbos don't have political relevance right now.

They have the least voting block of all the six zones. They kept dragging Porthacourt, Lagos and Kano with the indegenous people there. When they register to vote, they do so in those areas and not their home town. The political figures of those areas get significant boost and electoral values. But their votes in those areas can't out number the indegenous people hence it has little or no values. The Yorubas and Hausas always travelled back home to register to vote in their home town, its cultural for them to do so. Igbos only traveled back home for Christmas for show off.

PDP much less likely to win with Okowa

But I guess Atiku prefers him because he should be malleable, compared to Wike who is garrulous, obnoxious & opinionated all at the same time. And Okowa should be able to spend almost as much as Wike. The big question is will the Ibos vote for him? He's not real Ibo, he's Delta Ibo so likely won't get their votes, so long as Peter Ob i is on some other ticket elsewhere.

And I hate to say this but Wike understands elections, Nigerian style, evidenced by how he outplayed the APC during his own re-election polls. Atiku has lost his most valuable resource, arguably. Unless Wike somehow agrees to be DG of his campaign in exchange for the office of Chief of Staff or Minister for Petroleum, or some equally useful post.

the only reason why the PDP will not give their vice presidential ticket to south west is equally the same reason south east did not get PDP vp slot , their son is the ballot box. Enough of this tribal hatred induced analysis, no region have more political relevance than the other, so long as alliances with the north is concerned.

H.E. Atiku has lost it already. He jettisoned the committee's report to do his bidding showing how he will choose to work without input from others especially other arms of government.

H.E. Okowa betrayed other southern governors to become VP. He will also be betrayed. Rivers will vote PDP as governor but will split their votes for APC and Labour Party for the presidential seat.

The Southern governors' forum declaration will stand. To overcome this, he would had been picked H.E. Wike as VP. Gov Wike has been the backbone of PDP supporting all court cases and also stoutly opposing the federal government.

He will be silent now and concentrate on how to win his home state for governor.
South South is made up of different ethnic groups. Considering them as a bloc is wrong analysis.

Okowa is a minority in tribe and South South will scatter along individual interest in their voting.

Then who should have Atiku chosen?
Udom Emmanuel would have been Atiku's best option but Atiku was trying to play smart by picking Okowa a Delta Igbo to split Peter Obi's vote because Atiku knows he really need SE and SS vote.

If he chose Udom Emmanuel, that would have been far better for him

If South East has any electoral values, Atiku would have picked his VP from there.. He did the last time and they failed. The least voting block cannot form any meaningful alliance with any region and deliver victory never.

He calculated properly... Since Igbos with their scanty vote will likely vote Obi, no point picking a South Eastern Governor. South South are divided, and will be the battle ground, a serving governor will do him a great favour. Atiku stand a great chance with the South South since they have a bigger voting block compared to the South East. Let's look at the figures of 2019.

These are registered voters so far(People wey get PVC)
South-South has 12,841,279 registered voters
North-Central has 13,366,070 registered voters
South-East has 10,057,130 registered voters
South-West 16,292,212 registered voters.
North-West has 20,158,100 registered voters
North-East has 11,289, 293 registered voters.

Five other regions apart from the South East that has aligned with OBI are up for grab. The real battle ground will be the South West and North West with the APCs. Depending on who emerged as Tinubu's running mate the likely winners will depend on the northern votes.

Tinubu needs a Northern candidates that will outwit Abubakar. But I just pray Tinubu won't be disqualified by constitutional breach by not meeting the deadlines of submitting his running mate's name... PDP can explore this lapses right now, by going to court.
Igbos don't have scanty vote, say what you know.

Out of the 16million voters in Southwest, Igbos make up at least 2million of them.

Out of the 12million voters in Southsouth, Igbos make up at least 2million of them.

If you add Igbo voters in all the remaining 3 geopolitical zones, you will realize that Igbos are the only single tribe with the highest voting power spread across the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria.

If you doubt, speak to anyone working with INEC central voter register.

You are so on point with the analysis, ignore those who are saying you know nothing, rather they know nothing. Do they think southerners are fools? Rivers is a strong ground. PDP has lost atleast 5 Million votes across all south south states by this action.

The bulk of the votes that brought Okowa to power was not political popularity but Apathy from major tribes in Delta that said they wanted his side to rule for ethnic balancing which he betrayed on the way out on the state level. And is now betraying on the federal level too

Okowa can never win south east or south south votes over Peter Obi. Never.

It is a case of the stars aligning for Obi to win by confusing the others to make errors. Tinub will make a VP error. As Atiku has done

Atiku just made the greatest political blunder in his political career. Udom Donald Duke are there, he went to pick who is popular as a traitor. You folks don't know how SS hates betrayal. He isn't winning jack. Not even the votes in Delta state

I congratulate Peter Obi and all Ndigbo worldwide. The election is Obi's own to lose
First of all I'm from the SW and the odds are tilting towards obi massively right now, let APC just make the mistake of picking same religion ticket and obi already has the day.
