We have just constructed a site store, we will keep our cement here.

Will you be introducing ground beams to this foundation? The soil (by sight) looks like sandy clay and the bearing capacity looks weak

The soil here is stony clay very compact and a trouble to dig. You cannot attempt to dig this foundation without the use of a pick axe. The bearing capacity is so high that it shouldn't even require much reinforcement, but we always build to standard. This soil type is consistent with about 97% of Enugu urban.

There will definitely be foundation beams at the top of the foundation. Thanks.

Location: Emene, Enugu, Nigeria.

Contractors: Spyder880 builders
Architects: Phildecasa
Duration: 180 days.
Budget: To be determined later.

Ok, the 3d is the same with all the other ones of 6 flats of 3 bedroom flats.

Its because I saw penthoue was curious. Havent seen penthouse in other designs.

Yes, we are planning to add a penthouse on this one but the 3d plans are not ready yet.

About N3,000, depending on how far the sand is from the foundation.

Today, our objective will be to get as many trips of filling sand as possible. We will need to fill the whole of this foundation before starting the compaction process.
