This issue of btc dominance and leveraged tokens. Going towards that direction is only for daytraders and swing traders not for the everyday investor. FOr the everyday investor, option 1 is to come back in Feb or March 2023 or in 2024. Option 2 is riskier but here it is - Monitor the sp500 or ustech 30, if it goes down, short btc and the alts with a 2x leverage. GO to trading view. com , look for sp500 under indices and compare with btc. Both started their latest decline from 6th June. They are mirror images. Do small research on basic chart patterns and follow through. See the images below and remember to only risk what you can afford to lose.

Apart from coins dipping, investors face the exchange risks. Remember Terra, Celsius and Three Arrows Capital. One of the major exchange Nigerians use is Binance, bear in mind anything can happen. It is advisable to distribute your money on multiple exchanges to avoid stories that touch.

First and foremost, ask yourself; what type of trader are you?
Day trader? (active trader)
Swing trader? (Intermediate trader)
Investor?
