Firstly you need a suitable accommodation for family of 3(studio accommodation is out of it) , baby materials for the twin.

There is no free money coming from the govt, yes if your wife is employed and worked for a year she will get her maternity leave paid for 9months .

Delivery in the UK is definitely a good idea but after delivery is when the real cost sets in.

So please think and plan well

Truly it’s not easy to get accommodations here in uk, though Grace and Favor differs, but have it in mind that it’s not easy to get accommodation and truly, it’s not gonna be easy since you’re the main applicant who will be hustling for the whole family with a 20hrs barrier, but more importantly, it is easier to bring the kids while they’re still in the tummy than when they’ve been birth.
He nor go easy o brotherly paying rent, school fees and caring for the family, but like I said it is surely much easier to bring the kids in the tummy. All the best and may you make the right decision and may God bless and Favor you and your family.

I can't see how a couple can sleep in a single bed room, is either one person sleep on top of another person on the floor.

If the shared apartment is double bed room then no prob as long as the landlord/lady agrees to that arrangement

I don't think you can book appointment at their office unless you are going for walk in of which you still need to book whatever date is available before going and there's a fee for walk in appointment

You are expected to book Flexi appointment, note that there is a fee each person is to pay. But then, you can dodge the fees by booking individual appointment for each person but choose the same date and if possible same time so you all can enter together. even if the time differ small, I belive you all can still enter.

Thank you for your response Candybright. My main issue is that no time slots are available from June 2022 to Jan 2023 ( Please see attached image) which I know is weird. So I was hoping someone here has experienced this before and can advise on what to do.
