My house is my sanctuary. I have gotten so used to living alone that it scares me that one day I will have to get married and live with another human being. Maybe a much much bigger house will do the trick, where I can have my own private section void of any other human interaction.

I can relate, we recently had this experience after helping a mother and daughter during the Covid-19 pandemic. To move out was a very arduous issue that became acrimonious eventually angry

What is your story, spit it out to justify your advice.. For me, I find it hard to share my one room because I am cool with that little space and the peace of mind it gives me and coupled with the unpredictable human mind is the reason I can't accept to have someone for long living with me.

Agreed, but with letting that person or people know the dos and don'ts you will and will not tolerate, reason is it won't make them have that feeling that anything goes and become entitled, because if you overlook amd just help for healing sake, they see it as a norm and expect every other person out there to accept their attitudes for help sake.

I love people especially family and friends but I don't know why, but each time i have a visitor, be it my girlfriend, family or friends, when they finally leaves I feel so much relieved and unexplained inner joy, I don't know why cheesy

I like to help people but I agree with you on this one, I would rather give you money to lodge in a hotel. There's so much at risk letting someone into your space.

It's true i am still regretting situation that landed me in police cell during my 200 level ....

I don't need to hear his story to swallow this advice hook, line and sinker.
The world is just too evil these days. Everyone is acting all Holy to get what they want and when they do, you see a demon you never knew existed.
Some people have even planned you before coming to pretend to ask for help.
For me, if you are stranded and need a place to stay for a few days, I will gladly check you into a hotel. After your few days finish, OYO but as for my home, fogerrit!!!!

In two years, I've housed four people in my space and only one turned out to be regrettable for me.

I don't know your experience but I know two things :

1.. People need help...&
