Does a Canadian Visa refusal and BAN affect UK student visa application.

Please advise: a friend got Canadian Student visa refusal due to Insufficient Funding in 2011 and also got Canadian BAN in 2012 for using fraudulent Account statement. The ban was for 2 years which expired in 2014.

Now, he is currently processing UK student visa and doesn't know how this history would make or mar his UK Students Visa application he's currently processing.

Should he declare the refusal and the ban for the 2011 and 2012 respectively or he should only declare the refusal in 2011 alone or kuku make the two as refusals and be silent about the ban?

Please he's seriously worried and needs your advice or direction

I have encountered this error. You will see this error when you try to do double registration or you deleted your appointment and want to rebooked.

My question is, have you registered or booked appointment before?
If yes, you have to get the first reference number and printout with the initial information cos it has enter IOM already.

Any changes have to be from IOM . Call them for what to do

How it affects his application no one can tell, the good thing is he has served his ban.

Meanwhile are you sure it is 2 not 5 years?Either way he has served if it was in 2014

Your brother needs to show he has sole parental custody of his daughter with a court order please not affidavit.

If he has that,i'll add that he should also include a letter of consent from the child's mum saying she is happy and approves the trip

Bear in mind the court order will be verified and worse now since the ongoing case with former senate President

2. Did the school conduct pre-cas assessment with you?
3. Do your school request for POF from you?
4. Is your POF up to date?
