It was a visiting visa not a students visa..

You didn't state this earlier that your wife is the main applicant. In this case she has to apply first to secure the Visa before you and your baby apply when baby's passport is ready. I would advise that you do all it takes to get the baby's passport. Your wife can also write to her school for concession stating the fact that baby's passport is not ready

I told him he needs to write IELTS Academic but he insists it's IELTS UKVI Academic Test. Please, can someone provide clarification on this?

Unless specifically requested the IELTS academic is generally accepted for admission. If he insists,it might be because his Uni has requested for IELTS UKVI academic

If the conditions of your student visa is kept and not broken, you can apply for it after your studies

Try picking a far date like August ending. After you have successfully booked the appointment, go to my appointment, click on manage appointment and reschedule to a closer date. Some dates in July are still available. Note that you can only reschedule using this option twice.
I hope this helps.

Those having error issues with booking for TB test online should try this method.

I just did and I was able to reschedule to a closer date. As at this morning, you can still get 6th of July.

1. Please, I have conditional offers from the following schools. Conditions to meet include payment of deposit, submission of certain documents, all that I have ready. But I want to know which is best to pursue:
i. Ulster University (Birmingham Campus) - Int. Business with Data Analytics: £11,750 tuition
ii. University of Chester - Digital Marketing: £12,950
iii. Staffordshire University - Digital Marketing: £15,000
iv. University of Bedfordshire - Business with Data Analytics: £16,250

2. I applied for September intake for all, but I later changed my mind and would rather choose January. Please, is it allowed to process the admission, pay the deposit and then defer to January?

3. For January intake, when is the earliest time to enter the UK?

4. As a remote worker can I continue working after entering England and then resign when school resumes or I must resign before travelling? (Note: I work with a UK-based company)
