The age of the child is not in contention for both offences of Modern Day Slavery and Harvesting of Human Organ. The age matters only for the purpose of safeguarding the victim in question.

The offence is an Inchoate offence in the first place. So whether or not they attempt or prepare, they have committed a criminal offence based on the available facts. And based on your assumption that selling your organ is not a criminal offence in Nigeria. You're yet to provide the Law that permits the sale of organs.

People wont understand this. I was on trial in the crown court last summer and whilst I was on the stand, it got so comical that at some point I started laughing at the story the well spoken prosecutor was narrating even though I was facing 6 charges and prison time if convicted.

The prosecutor look at the facts of the case and come up with as plausible a story as possible. In court, lawyers dont say maybe, they say things ike they were there and saw it happen.

The two issue on ground is all about age and also if the guy know the purpose of visiting the hospital. From the first story, the guy lied that his 15 which term as minor and organ harvesting crime since it is not sure if the boy know he is there to transplant his kidney.
We never know his true face , but from what we have online, which i blived is true. Immigration office have already confirmed the guy passport and real age , and the purpose of his traveling. To all of you saying nonsense here, the senator already write immigration for the details of the guy/ sue them to court in Nigeria and also write British high commissioner. Do u think this is a joke.
The only case on the neck of the senator is the issue of organ harvesting without the intention of the guy. And for me, if i have money, and for secrecy, i may decide to travel abroad to have a test i know i can do in my state. It is a matter of choice. But all i now believe since immigration office have responded to the senator letter, i believed the the guy passport is what we see online and his true age is 21 .

How did you know?? Why cant he use one of his children atleast to avoid situation like this. My concern was that did the said boy did not have parent? Did the man did not have agreement with the boy's parent? A lot of question that beg for answer. There is more to this matter!
