For the FCT IRS there is nothing like documentation. Is just submiting of CVs, documentation may begins after September.

Secretary to minister of defence can help fix anyone in any organisation or agency in Nigeria using a recommendation latter directly from the office of the minister.

Don't underestimate those people. They can spoil and repair without even the knowledge of the minister.

All they need is the ministers signature. Hold on to any PA or secretary you know.

Forget the fact that we are currently ruled by a northerner

The truth is that an average northerner in power especially hausa in particular can go extreme to fix his or her hausa people without holding back. Most of these people are fvcking straight forward. Meaning if they can help they'll tell you if they can't they'll tell you. They mostly keep to their words!
