In Nigeria of today, we all know, someone could study fishery and be working in CBN... Connection plays a lot, But for some us who ain't so " lucky" to have uncles and relatives in high places, it would be very reasonable to carefully choose a course of study that will provide us with the best prospect of succeeding in life.

So, please guys. Which of the following courses would you choose if you were to pick one, looking at the current realities and future potentials, and knowing that you have the capacity to flourish academically in all.

*ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
*ENGLISH EDUCATION
*MASS COMMUNICATION
*POLITICAL SCIENCE
*SOCIOLOGY
*PSYCHOLOGY
*INTERNATIONAL RELATION AND PUBLIC MANAGEMENT
*HISTORY AND STRATEGIC STUDIES

Please you'll be helping someone by giving your valuable advice

While what you pick matters a lot, in the same way, it doesn't matter as long as you can pass through the school efficiently and acquire intellectual and practical potentials for the future, and not the school passing through you.


All courses mentioned are good to go depending on what fits into your interest. You shouldn't be limited by that but move beyond it to the shore of possibilities.

All of them are useless courses. In Nigeria if you don't have connection please go for health courses or tech. When I say health courses I don't mean anatomy, physiology.

I am a graduate of mass communication, I have no regret for studying the course. It is lucrative and okay.

You might end up as a teacher. Just avoid anything that will make you become a teacher in this country.

Just go for the one that your spirit is inclined in, and if eventually the university changed am for collect las las you will alright.

It doesn’t matter. What matters is how you work your life and your determination to make it one way or another. Some of the most successful people didn't study anything at all or studied some "worthless" course
