You need to have a clear vision, a clear vision makes you have discernment spirit to know when God is speaking to you and when his not speaking.

LET me speak from the point of experience.

The name of God is capital intensive you will need resources to lift you. Be it man, or money. Many are called. That God has called you doesn't mean he has sent you. What God requests from you is preparation. The apostles were called but they waited in the upper room.

Just prepare your self, attend seminars, conferences go for personal vigils and prayers, read books, go to theology if you can afford it, we move close to your Pastor BE WILLING TO LEARN. Gradually he will start giving weekly progs to build you up. Study the bible to show thy self approved.

Pls note that God has called you doesn't necessarily mean that you should start your own church

If the vision is not clear then look towards regular evangelism. Every work of God is centered on soul winning. While you are at it, Read this book => *Your Spiritual Gifts Can Help Your Church Grow. A Book by C. Peter Wagner*

When you know what Grace God has placed upon you through spiritual gifts, this will help you to know what God is calling you to do.

Simple Advice:

1- Make sure it is God talking to you and not your stomach or your Financial Condition.

2 - Wait for God and I say it again Wait for God.

Do not wake up and start ministry because you heard a voice. There are many voices out there. Stay in the ministry where you are currently serving under.

DO NOT JUMP THE GUN.

God should set you apart from your current ministry to the specific Location and People that he wants you to minister to.

Apostle Paul was Chosen in Acts 9 but was not separated for ministry until Acts 13.

That was a very long period of time if you understand Bible chronology. During those times of waiting he was under the tutelage of the Apostles before him.

3 - God would signal your Pastor or your Spiritual Leader when the time to launch out finally comes.

God is not a Author of Confusion. And he would never ignite Confusion in his church because he wants you to start a fresh work.

Your Pastor will see clear evidence that it is time to let you go and do God's bidding. Even if he is deaf in the Spirit, he would not be able to resist your launching out.

Eli became deaf in the Spirit but when God was about to raise Samuel the Prophet, Eli knew that this was God speaking.

But if God is the one behind the ministry, Men may leave, but your caller will remain and bring your way the people you were called to be a blessing to.

You don't need to see an open vision to start doing God's work or fulfilling your purpose. If you have been called into the five fold ministry, my advice to you is go to a ministry and start serving and be mentor for the work ahead else if you fold your hands waiting for open vision it's when you are 70 years you will realize that you wasted your life and your assignment will be passed to someone else because God's plans will surely come to pass.

I strongly agree with the FTC in asking God to reveal or show He has called you to 2 or persons so you don't end up CALLING YOURSELF in the guise God is calling you.

I was in dilemma like you several years ago. I had a dream while working as a church secretary where oil poured on my head from heaven. I knew it was a calling into ministry. I left the post after my marriage and venture into teaching and later business but kept toiling and struggling until I asked God to reveal my calling to my wife and mother in-law. That same week my wife had a dream about my arrest by police but when she got to the station she found me working with the police instead of being locked up. My mother inlaw was told in her dream to ask me TO GO AND DO WHAT GOD HAD CALLED ME TO DO. That same week I picked a pastoral enlistment form and answered His call after 6 years of indecision. This is my full 2 years as a Winner's Pastor.

Calling into ministry or receiving a divine vision does NOT necessarily means you START A CHURCH. God can call you to join an existing ministry. He will also reveal to you when to STEP OUT AND PURSUE A VISION OF STARTING YOUR OWN MINISTRY.

Bro I'm going to advise you from my personal experience as one called by God...my calling was confirmed by three years incessant revelations..but the most surprising was when a man that I never knew neither does he know me walked to me and said...look " you are an end time gospel preacher, see God is going to use you to heal all manners of sickness even to the extent of raising the dead...This encounter is the most shocking encounter I've had all my life...I've seen angel and many men of God appear to me in dreams and tell me the same thing but this one was reality.

The next thing I saw they started laying a foundation for a building, the work was going on so fast, then I began to see the foundation it was very massive, very big...then this was when the revelation ended that night before I woke up..so I was like what is the meaning of this dream..then the following night the revelation immediately I slept the revelation continue exactly from where it was stopped..they resumed building this house it was too big they need long scald to be climbing to the top I was watching this building go from phase to phase till they finished it....the day the building was finished completely there was a great feast a celebration in that building, there were many people inside rejoicing..when I came in I was allowed to come in through one place..I was the only person that was allowed to enter there, that place was very decorated, so beautiful, but I find out that a time was now seeing myself as the building...so the next day, I slept again and the next place I saw myself was in the street, many people where following me, I got to a place there were many people lying in their mats, lame blind crippled cancer, dead people...I was prophesying to everyone I saw on the road once I lift my hand towards anyone or any direction everyone there will fall under the anointing and this anointing was so intense..it was just like pastor Chris or Benny hinn..and was being moved by the power of the gholy, I got to where this people was, the only thing that surprise me is that I do not talk, I just lift my hands and they will be completely healed I saw people carrying their mats and rising up, cancer got healed, every kind of sickness, I got to where a young man was lying dead, immediately I laid my hands on him he stood up instantly...these
things were happening every day, sometimes I will host a large crusade, millions of people will be there and I will be preaching and healing all kinds of sickness without any effort...any where I stretch my hand everyone there will fall on the anointing..people where following me everywhere..this revelation was coming everyday for two good years non stop..I became tired sometimes before I sleep I will be praying so I don't dream so I can sleep very peaceful but once I close my eyes boom.
It was the 3rd year that it started reducing and started coming like once in a week, two weeks...and even this present times they are still coming but not so frequent.

Seek clarification more through praying and fasting and launch out with evangelism.

well, there was a time loving the word of God was visible in my life. Like I read it everyday nowadays I only open my Bible on Sunday. I still know a lot of verses off heart but I find it difficult explaining the gospel to people.

When you have genuine love for the Holy Spirit ask him to help you out.

One thing I have learnt about Holy Spirit is that he's always with us as a believer but when we don't ask for his help he will just be there. (He doesn't enter matter anyhow without your invitation)

Judging from the content of your question, i believe the reason you are doubting the call is because you don't have REVELATIONS & VISIONS.

God does not speak through vision and revelation only there are many other ways God speak to His people, God do speak through INNER VOICE, INNER WITNESS, SUPERNATURAL KNOWING, non of this ways God speaks is superior to other.
MY ADVICE : Separate some time for prayer and fasting, and you will know clearly. NOTE you may not have revelation/vision as you expect but God will surely speak to you through one of the many channels He is using to speak to His people.
