Please Gurus in the house help. I had my biometrics on 20th April 2022, made paid call was told that decision has been taken waited for few days made paid mail and was given 15 working days for feedback after some days got a mail from the school that brp card is ready for collection and yet to get my passport returned to TLS, lectures has started and am the online one left to arrive to the UK because passport haven't returned, I have been to TLS on 3 different occasions but I kept on hearing same message passport isn't ready. Please help me with any info on how to go about this please. My class is MAY intake.

Visa fee in pounds is £363 for main applicant and £490 dependant.
IHS depends on the number of years of your course but one year is £705.

When you start your visa application and get to the stage for IHS the amount you’re to pay would be shown in dollars.

When u go der to book for appointment, they will give a paper for confirmation of ur test date, in the paper d account number to pay to is der, u pay before the day of test

The major thing is to book via their platform first and then do walk-in if time is against you

Talking to a staff in TLS is different from officially raising a complaint

Go to https://pos.tlscontact.com/lgv_en/contact

Select the appropriate section and raise a stinker complaint

Talk about how you are aware a decision has been made and how you are yet to collect your passport, talk about when school is resuming and how many times you have been to TLS, talk about the financial and emotional stress this has caused you and how you exploring legal options since it seems TLS have refused to return your passport


Keep that copy of complaints for yourself as a record.You may wish to send a copy to UKVI when/if you don't get a response
