Nope. As long as you pay online and book a date for capturing, no mago mago. You go to London and capture on your appointed day and then drop off a postal envelope for them to send back to you… within 5 working days your ppt gets back to you.

I printed my POF bank statement on the June 16 in order to get CAS. I just got my CAS now and will complete my visa application tomorrow. I want to ask if I am to print another bank statement for visa application because it’s already 21 days after printing the statement and given that my biometric date will be weeks from now, the 31 days grace for that statement would be over when I will be going for my biometrics.

Kindly assist with way forward because my school stated that I have to let them know if I want to use a new/updated statement other than the one I submitted for CAS and that will take more time.

Thanks but I didn’t have a ban. I was only concerned with CAS and not even the visa as it has been said here a lot of times that most schools don’t issue CAS for previous refusals.

I would say - ALWAYS ALWAYS declare any bans on your application even if they are expired.

They prefer for you to be honest. If you don’t include it and it comes up in their assessment of your case, they’ll regard it as you attempting to misrepresent yourself for a favourable outcome.

The same happened to my husband in 2018 - they said he didn’t address the ban and they refused him.

So in his spouse visa application this year we outlined all his refusals and his ban in his application- we then wrote a separate statement to address the ban and apologise for wasting UKVI resources and time - we explained that it was out of ignorance and assured them it would never happen again and that he has changed.

His spouse Visa application was approved yesterday.

It pays to be honest.

my middlename appears as my first name on my acct and I didn’t get any NSF. They will contact the bank to verify if you own the acct. And the address isn’t an issue as well, they don’t expect you to live in the same address forever. Cheers
