Look at Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta that won't be voting apc yet getting good numbers so you can't give me the excuse of Inec doesn't want your non apc vote to count

Its really counter productive to be deceiving yourself that your majority is not based in your native region rather based in other people's region

How have that majority numbers change the voting block pattern of the region inclination

Places like Edo and Bayelsa and Delta are lucky because the powers that be, don't see those states as a threat, so in a centre, there may be about 2 to 3 machines, which means they can comfortably register up to 260 or so people per day in that centre. And no one will go home unregistered

Meanwhile, I have raised concern about the pending problem that would face real estate business in SE.

In few decades to come, only sky scrapers can sustain the housing in the region as 30-40% of the available lands have been acquired by few billionaires in the region. Not that they are interested in using it for business or sell, but just to add to the family glory

Are there no billionaires in other SE states apart from Anambra and Abia? How about Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi?

Put the billionaires aside, how about some families that don't sell their family land for personal reasons?
