The project is a torokobo project the owner moved in the house without tile on the floor, he just smooth the toilet floor and put Wc then. So now he wants to lay tiles. And asked his plumper to remove the wc so they can lay tiles on the floor of the toilet.

It is possible that the height of that door isn't upto 2.1m, then the mason in order to save his energy and time just did a lot of padding at the door sill.
I will advise you pull out the door, get a good Mason to reinstall it. This time give good tolerance for the cement bed and tiles probably 50-75mm then fill up the space in between the door frame and the lintel.

Isn't someone supposed to tile first before installing doors?

If there's nylon under before placing the interlocking stones,grasses can never grow in-between them...just make sure it's handled by professional installers

These Chinese people rate what they like.I bet you any cash thats ain't up to 4kva but the label it 10kva cos we don't measure.

I've already explained the solution to You earlier,but let me explain better, Use tick nylon before installing the interlocking stones,after that,tell the installers to fill up the holes in between the Stones with Stone dust "This is very necessary to protect the sand getting into the open space in-between the stones,by doing this,it prevents the grass from growing in-between the interlocking stones".as long as you prevent sand from getting in-between or staying on the interlock,there's no way grasses can grow on it...IM SHARING YOU THIS FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCES on my Previous Project.

I think it depends on the type of door. Wooden doors can be installed after tiling, but steel doors are usually installed before tiling.
