Absolutely nonsense!!

Like things yaff fallen apart. You receive a pass, you see your attacker running, instead of place a grounded pass, you turn back and give your defender with virtually no redshirt in view tackling you.

See Macleans o undecided undecided undecided
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 10:48pm On Jul 10, 2022
Randy better pair Ayinde and Ucheibe in Center Midfield… I just hope his plan of putting Chikwelu on the bench is not to play her in the quarterfinals against Cameroon

Exactly. My biggest problem is their poor teamwork. See the way Kanu-Onumonu-Ajibade connected.

Is this the depth Randy was talking about? This ain't no depth bruh.

Akudo Ogbonna be acting like Onome Ebi at the Back with her style of play

Macleans is a no for me. Hasn't impressed me one bit.

The second half has been boring. Since the sub the game has been haphazard. We must also commend Burundi, they have so far defended well.

Omo Macleans na offline Oooo!.
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 10:55pm On Jul 10, 2022
We won, not impressively. We should be spelling these teams. A retired Nkwocha would’ve buried those chances and scored atleast 5 in match like this.
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 10:57pm On Jul 10, 2022
What is our coach doing with Burundi girls abeg. Their own coach dey take cover, you go dey do like say na you be Van Dijk, greeter and hailer.

I'm sure up to seven starters were missing in the last 40 mins. But at least they could have added one though.

What do you think about Ngozi okobi overall performance? I'm actually unimpressed. She kinda left Ucheibe in a hard lane. The only non first XI players impressing are Ucheibe and Kanu.

Macleans should getat

Teamplay is terrible. Most successful passes were between the defenders. They should have over 60% of total passes between them.

Ajibade pace is what make the difference tonight, Vivian couldn't get behind the Burundi defence not even once

Okobi played rubbish tonight she kept playing the ball back to defenders even without pressure on her

Winger and Fullback connection is weak. Very weak. If Cameroun apply this high line idea, na 0-0 for a long time. We can do it sha. The complaints is cos some performances are terrible and frustrating, not cos they don't have ability. Cos na at WC these kind of performance dey bring better disgrace.

Two of Ajibade's goals have come from inside the box. We are yet to score from outside the box.

So, technically, Uchenna is our highest goalscorer due to Ajibade's PK.

So far, the defence have improved their passing game. If only we can play a high line too where they'll act like Midfielders.

Another observation is these girls don't make themselves available to be passed to. This is where applause goes to Christy, sincerely. The thing dey gimme headache.

Very big underperformance. Im looking for one positive she added to make the game fluid, i can't see. Average at best. The back passes dey vex.

Meaning Ayinde will attack and Ucheibe sit back and play holding? Kinda easy if they got a 3rd partner that tackles hard.
