Dear Channels Television Yusuf K. Gazali has exposed a surreptitious practice of yours, deal with this.

He wrote: Since the inception of this television station I have not seen a single Muslim Anchoring any program or even casting any news. Does it mean there are no Muslim Journalists? Or Channels belongs to a particular sect of the society? I also noticed every morning the station airs a Bible study program called turning point(which I personally enjoy and learn a lot from ), It also has similar program at exactly 6to7pm before politics today. Not a single Muslim program has earned such favor from this TV station. One can argue and say they are all sponsored, but hey we all know there is more to it than just being Sponsored. At least AIT shows some compassion by airing the Adhan (call for prayer).
My question is does this TV Chanel’s has any Moral right to question the Muslim-Muslim ticket by the APC? When most of its staff are Christian and programs skewed to favor one religion.
With all this, Nobody called it a Christian Chanel, nor did anybody complain about the members of staff being predominantly Christians.
What Nigerians see is a group of Brilliant news Anchors and reporters who are good at their Jobs, with no sentiments attached to it.
If Tinibu and Kashim shetima can take Nigeria to the promise land so be it. But Channels has no moral obligation to question a Muslim-Muslim ticket or even a Christian-Christian ticket. It should first clean it’s own house first.

This Muslim-muslim ticket Na the sermon for tomorrow in churches across Nigeria.
Watch what will happen
during and after churches services tomorrow. The tsunami videos that will come out tomorrow from churches because they will fire on all cylinders. Though APC was smart enough to announce the Muslim- Muslim ticket last sunday afternoon when most services would have closed.

This APC muslim-muslim ticket is a blessing in disguise and answered prayers.

That's a private business so using Nigeria politics as an example is just off the point, bro... There are many private businesses running based on the ground of religiously or tribalistic intentions, yet nobody, aside from the owner(s) has the right to question their motive since they ain't running the business with public funds.

After Tinubu's muslim-muslim ticket, another Muslim from the north will likely take over from him, thereby making it 24yrs of Muslim rule. And even if it then moves back to south, a christian presidential candidate will go for a Muslim vice. After his tenure, it will return back to a Muslim candidate in the north., thereby successfully cutting off the Christians in the north, and with time the Christian south will not be needed as well. And this is despite the fact that majority Muslims had led this country since independence through the military.

The writer of this article is dull, confused and too petty. undecided

What points is he making here, what has private business got do with MM ticket ?

I notice that Tinubu camp is under a heavy fire and they're looking for any means to justify their master's political miscalculation and blunder.

If they're out of stories to use to justify their master's political miscalculation and blunder, let them contact me, I've got a whole lot of stories and fables for them, but not without cost o.

They must pay, yeye people ! cheesy

When a ship is sinking, the occupants will desperately look for anything to hold for survival, that's what APC is doing now. Looking for any available Tom and Jerry stories around the town to justify their failure.

Tinubu won't win this election, mark it !

Let me tell the truth, APC is not returning to power in 2023, the forces that are against are many, but they don't seem to care, bcs they are arrogant just like PDP in 2015, believing in the power of incumbency.

God hand was in Tinubu making such a grave error, so that their humiliation will be worse than that of PDP in 2015, to choose such an uncultured man who insulted and called the current VP a ice cream seller.

See henh, Na Tinubu I pity ( though, he shouldn't be pittied ) bcs the north has two options, and they've put him in tight corner

Rubbish talk, first this is a private business, whom they recruit is non of your business. How many competent women are Muslims when majority of them are married off at early ages like Mohammed did to Aisha at 6yrs? Those who are not married off are either restricted to homes and cage like prisoners or being weigh down somewhere by different crises as number two or three wives.

It is similar to reasons why Muslim don't have competent women playing Nigeria football; you can't wear hijab or full cover face to play football. Christians are more educated than Muslims and Christians are more liberal unlike Muslims that usually feel like they are in bondage of calling everything Haram. Politics is a public venture and not private, both Muslim and Christians have right to be equally represented

Both Obafemi Awolowo and Nnamdi Azikwe contested the 1979 presidential election with Philip Umeadi and Ishaya Audu respectively, both Christians as running mates.
Muslims didn't cause any uproar then especially in the Southwest where majority were Muslims, and they voted massively for Awolowo.
Anybody that didn't see anything wrong with the choices of both Awolowo and Azikwe then and are criticizing Tinubu's choice now is a pure hypocrite.

What is the correlation (even remote) between a privately owned media and a public office? Not just any public office, but the highest public office in the country.

It is a private channel. You do not live in a country where everyone has to watch channels by law.

If channels was a government channel, and doing what you have pointed out, I would probably agree with you , and I am a christian myself. But it is the private channel, owned by Chief Momoh, and since he has decided to make it a quasi christian channel...his channel, his rules.

AIT is a PDP propaganda channel in essence, and TVC is an APC propaganda channel...pro-tinubu even...and yes, it does not make me happy either way. But they are private channels. At the end, I don't have to watch them, or pay them any heed. And even if they were government channels, we now live in a world where there are over 200 channels or more to choose from, and now we have the internet as well. This is not the Nigeria of my childhood, where we had one government run channel , and one additional state run channel (private TV did not arrive till the late 1980's, and even when it came, it was not available nationwide then. DSTV/Cable arrived in 1991.)..now we gat choice. (I rarely watch NTA nowadays.)

So stop crying about it. If you don't like channels, you can change the channel. If you want to change the programming...then make Chief Momoh an offer, buy his channel and change the programming, and employ more Moslems. Or start your own channel...the same way Daily trust was founded by Northerners after some of them decided to do more than just moan about the biased coverage of the Lagos-Ibadan axis, and it is doing brilliantly well today.
