Your list failed woefully. Avoid the gym at all cost, any man or woman looking for a partner in a gym is in real trouble that is the hub of Playboy and loose women or man-eater. The religious center 50/50 maybe the location might help better. A church girl at somewhere in a town like Abule Egba and co is way better than a church girl in the city like the island, just understand the terrain.
