*Speaks on Labour Party chances in 2023

Presidential candidate under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Abubakar Atiku has said Peter Obi, the Labour Party standard-bearer did not consult him before leaving his party.

Atiku, who featured on Arise TV Friday, claimed he was not aware of the departure of his former running until three days after he declared for Labour Party.

“I didn’t know Peter Obi left PDP. He informed me three days later he declared for Labour Party. So he didn’t even consult me,” he said.

On Labour Party chances in 2023, he said; “It will take a miracle for Labour Party with no structure in the grassroots to win the presidency.

“In the North, 90% of our people are not in tune to social media.”

Earlier, the PDP Presidential candidate described the Muslim-Muslim ticket by the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), as “unwelcoming and unripe for Nigeria as a democratic state”.

He also vowed to defeat the APC flag-bearer Bola Tinubu come 2023 while kicking against the idea of the emergence of Karim Shettima reducing his chances in the North East.

He doesn't need your approbation

Atiku should just shelve his presidential ambition for now, he belongs to the past

Both Atiku and Tinubu represent backwardness and darkness

The only little difference between them is that, Atiku still has a shred of decency

You are both vying for the same position. Why should he consult you?

I'd prefer Atiku to be the next president of Nigeria rather than that old confused druggie called Tinubu tongue.

But they'll both lose to labour party the peoples choice tongue cool

Well said Mr Atiku!

I kept saying it that you cannot use social media to influence the votes from the North. When you hear the ovation Obi is getting from the cities you will be fooled to think we have the same demography of thinking across the nation.

Yes, I only don't want the Obedient to cry foul play eventually.

Saying that 90% of northerners are not in social media should disqualified from vying for presidency. Imagine the boldness saying how primitive 90% of northerners are. A region that has being in power for years. A former VP that can't help his people crawl out from backwardness is an abberation to the office of the presidency.

He knows you want to dollarize the primaries, Peter Obi shuns corrupt practices.

We the whole youths in Nigeria are tired of old and sick presidential candidates.

Peter Obi and Yusuf Baba Datti Ahmed are the best choice for Nigeria

WASTE OF TIME!

All I know is that, Come 2023

We Igbo Muslims will vote for our brother

Tinubu JAGABAN

PETER OBI WILL NEVER BE THE PRESIDENT OF THIS COUNTRY!

Save this post!

Some Osu Alusi Ipob jew pigs are full of arrogance and hate for themselves and others.

You will hardly see any true Igbo man supporting Tinubu EXCEPT WE MUSLIMS but I know a lot of yorubas and Hausa/fulanis supporting Obi and this doesn't make sense.

WE have the worst performing and corrupt governors and leaders. Most of MY BROTHERS ranting online are typing from Lagos, Ogun or Ibadan instead of Anambra, Enugu or Imo State, yet WE call ourselves developers cheesy
Instead of US to start by holding our senseless, evil and corrupt leaders responsible first, WE fume and exhibit epilepsy trait online at the mention of Tinubu or anything matter concerning yorubas.

We never READY grin grin

Surely the voting population in the north are not on social media, so people should stop fantasizing on social media validations.

The Buhari 12m + votes in the north listen only to Transistor Radio .

Peter Obi ran away from PDP less than 1 week to the presidential primaries for which he was a contestant.

He saw defeat and japa to Labour where there was no competition.

Meanwhile Tinubu stood his ground in APC despite all the odds and was successful despite the stiffer competition and cabals who had their own agenda.

Even those who mocked Tinubu to decamp to SDP, were the same shameless antagonists whose favourite decamped from PDP.

If I hear consult faaa!! When did Atiku turned into a Politrica Consultant

Hmmmm. This is how confident and what the Northern elite used to downgrade and impoverish their people all in the name of Brankadede. I wonder why he came to Arise TV for the interview if his statement is true. I pity PDP and APC supporters .

Peter Obi is a grown man and can sure make whatever decisions that pays him.
Mr Atiku should stop feeling like a Demi God.
But this Atiku and Obi division will likely give automatic ticket to Tinubu.
If you study Ekiti 2022 election ,you will understand what I’m saying.
Many people that don’t want APC we’re given 2 options…. Meaning sharing of vote, Also 2 options means less motivation.
Well, let’s pray we survive Buhari first, and pray Tinubu won’t be as bad…. But sure he will be bad.
Obi won’t stop his aspiration because of Atiku… and sure he’s just a social media frenzy… He knows it but he’s sure enjoying it,like Zelensky is enjoying his hero status….
It won’t end up in any success.
Ukraine won’t win any war and Obi won’t win presidential election.
I personally would’ve prefer an Obi,but we need to wake up and smell the coffee… see beyond this trending frenzy.
I hope we will survive Tinubu.

'90% of Northerners are not on social media' is not something an elder statesman, a former vice president from the North, should ever say on TV.

That statistics could be true but it should never be a bragging right in 2022. It shows how underdeveloped the North is. Sad. undecided cry angry
