Victor did badly judging from this revelation but let's hear from him. However, it's Wrong to bring family matters to the public court. It won't end well. If he felt cheated let him threaten Victor with a court order. I hate his hair style it's a street way.

It's his own blood sister making the allegations and all he could say was such a trite response?

The man that married Victor's sister , said victor is owing him for job he did as his agent over his share in the $68m transfer from lille to Napoli , he said after main super agent transferred him his cut , of almost $500k and 91k euros , that victor told him to transfer back all the money to him , he did . Said victor only give him 20k euro

My take - seems victor front him as his Nigeria agent to get some money from the main foreign agents , so after him getting the almost $500k and 91k euros from them , Victor now collected all the money from his in-law, settle him with only 20k euro , seems guy man now understands say Victor played him , he started giving him issues .

Though I know victor can never open up cos it might cost him dearly.
Thats about 15 million naira. Why not wait for him to have another transfer. Don't make noise about this. By his next transfer, he will need you as front man again. Then you can do what you want when the money reach your hand. Now, you don yam pepper scatter scatter everything

probably be fined, not stopped from playing football.
Actually, he can be banned or suspended if he doesn't pay the full money since the in-law was the agent on record. The in-law can also be fined for acting as an unlicensed intermediary.

You don't need to marry to have inlaws.

Was there an agreement between osimhen that the person he present as agent must collect a particular percentage....

Footballers do it....no big deal
It is against Fifa transfer rules.

He has double dipped and gotten a share of intermediary fees which is not allowed.

It's not the same....goverment are not sharing their money...its money of the masses......project/ infrastructure money meant for the nation

This is 100% victors transfer deal....how can u say Victor is not entitled to money involved in his own transfer deal....

.which work did the agent do that he's claiming wages??
He gets a sign on fee.

The intermediary fee is actually not for him and it is against fifa and uefa rules to do what Victor has just done. If it was legal, he would have used himself as the agent.

He could have called anybody. So why do you think he called the in-law? Because he understands it is an illegal and unethical transaction and he needed to use someone he could trust in order to get the kick back. If he had called someone else, the person could have kept all the money and there is nothing he would have been able to do legally.

Besides, this is not the first time Osimhen has basically duped an agent.

As it is, he is definitely going to face enquiries on the matter.

You obviously don't understand what us going on here so I won't insult you unless you choose to further your stupidity.

In order to get part of the agents fees, Osimhen lied that his in law was his Nigerian agent and then got the money back from the in law.

If it's not against fifa rules, Osimhen should have disclosed to Napoli and the main agent that not only is the said agent his in-law, he is also going to be collecting the fees. Let him do that and you will know if it's against fifa rules or not. He would be fined and suspended.

Someone like you will later go and accuse Nigerian politicians of being corrupt not knowing the many ways you support unethical behaviour.

If Osimhen had done this with a sharp third party, he won't get a single cent back and he would have no legal recourse.

The man was his manager who deserves his fee. If I may ask if not for greed what business does a player have with the agent’s fees? You are being paid a sign-on fee and also a king’s ransome as salary every week. Is that not enough?

This is the kind of greed and wickedness that all of us go around with as Nigerians yet we expect to be led by saints. Make una wait for una angel Michael for 2023. What a shame.

Well from what I watched, someone is doing some manipulations somewhere by what ever we means. But we can't hang the dog and give it a bad name, like the inlaw was saying, they should get Victor so he can give his own side of the story.

While Victor appears greedy from the vidéo, there is a form of entitlement by the family. It is crazy that family will make it social media affair.

However, it is a shame that victor will let his family suffer. There are some money that will almost make you hands off family wahala. Out of the over 500kusd, If he shared at least 50kusd i.e about 20million naira as of 2020 to each of the immediate siblings, assuming he has 6 siblings, amount spent is 300kusd+ they should be set for life and any one who comes back to cry that Victor did not do anything can go and die. I am very sure many will still come back though, because there is so much greed and entitlement in an average Nigerian.

The money is a commission afterall .

The in law who got the payment should get more payout. We are all different, it should still not have made it to social media, they could have cajoled and begged him, the man may struggle to explain to a court he made voluntary transfer to him and still not get it back.
But you know that will never be the case. Once he establishes this precedent, his family will be asking for $50k every year. The problem here isn't victor, it is a family that feels entitled to the sweat of his brow. Why cant he buy cars with HIS money? Go work for yours.

Because me I don’t get how person pay you money and you transferred all of it back to him
So he can transfer your commission to you shebi you go comot your commission first and then transfer the rest to him
Abeg the story no clear even freeze sef dey shocked
The European Agent Paid The Inlaw directly, as agreed in contract documents.
But Victor swindles him with the excuse that he needs to settle family members to collect the money back.
When talk begins, that was when he paid the €20k.

This Inlaw built a house for victor (with his money) and the victor is still collecting rent from the inlaw for occupying it, according to the video

Which next transfer? This was a deal that happened 2 years ago. If there had been another transfer, you think the sister and inlaw would be crying?

Osimhen ran his inlaw street. There was to be no other tranfer.

You people are reading the back of your phone. There is no entitlements in this case. The inlaw was presented as an agent to the tranfer of Osimhen to juventus. He signed all necessary documents. The money was transferred into his account. Victor Osimhen used sentiments and scope to collected all the money, and gave him 2.5%. He is now demanding foe his fair share of the deal. Where is the entitlement here?

To some extents, you are are right but it goes beyond what you outlined here. The different scenarios are too diverse for me to start typing here.
In some cases, the buying club or both will even pay development fees to the local clubs of the player as well as the football association of his or her country.
Then you saying the player doesn't get extra payments on transfer is wrong. Most players get paid a cut of the transfer fee for what you call "benefit in kind" according to power of negotiations.
Also most players would not ask for a transfer cuz they are entitled to loyalty bonuses based on how late Ng they have served the club when sold, and they will lose this if they are the ones that requested for a transfer. An example is that of Neymar which was eventually settled out of court if I'm right. PSG paid the boy-out clause while Neymar still requested for his loyalty bonus which was pre-agreed when he signed for Barcelona; though Barcelona insisted that he was the one that wanted out as he got a better offer elsewhere so, they are not liable to pay him any loyalty bonus.
There are so many scenarios that, even FIFA has not been able to harmonic them for a very long time

[quote author=olusegxz post=115035986]This thing happens. Most footballers do it, I mean the ones from Africa mostly even in diaspora it's just that there the law is much more harsh. What victor did is double dipping. In football transfer the rule says the super agent can liase with a local agent connected to players. Many times local players want to chop this money too as remember transfer fees goes to the club, the agent who brokered it, and any other agents. To ensure fairness players don't really get anything from this money because if they did they will sign contract and start looking for clubs to break the contract with huge transfer fees so players dont officially get commission. Which is also why if you have no club you can be bought free as a free transfer. You are only entitled to your agreed weekly wages and any other bonuses the club decides to give you.
