pufframmy:Why buying 1 month for a trip of 7 days? My last trip was 12 days but I bought 14 days because the 12 and 14 days cost same amount. |

Enitan1998:Make sure the insurance covers from the day you enter France to the day you are planning to leave France. You can buy insurance for that 7 days or buy for 10 days. My last trip in February was 12 days but I bought insurance that covered 14 days because the 12 days and 14 days cost same amount. Also, my wife went for biometrics and documents submission last week. The plan is to spend 6 days in France and our rest vacation in UK in coming October. I paid for 6 days insurance for her. |

France visa application processing is fast compared to other countries. My wife submitted her application last week Wednesday but she received a notice today that her application has been processed and dispatched through UPS. Frequent traveler |

annylove1:I don’t have their contact number. I think is too early to contact them since you claimed you submitted last Wednesday. Not even a week yet. I always submit my visa application early like 60 to 90 days before my travel date. |

Hello Everyone. I am very delight to say that i got my France visa. First timer; 30 days, multiple entry. Submitted at VFS, 6th July. Documents began processing, and was dispatched via UPS 15th. UPS delivered on the 18th, my flight was on the 20th. This would not have been possible without God and you guys. I've been following this thread and check past posts back 2 back before applying. Thank you all. I'm in Clichy, Paris. P.s: If there's any Nigerian in Paris, kindly contact me. I'm very bored here most times.

oseremenifidon:Remember that all travelers are first-timers at one particular moment in time. You need the necessary documents and to be able to convince them that you will leave after your vacation/visit. The probability of getting it might be low, but some people do get it for the first time. You might be among the lucky ones. The probability is about 95:05. The 95% are the odds against you. |

pufframmy:Thank you, it was delivered yesterday. Issued a multiple-entry visa valid for three months. The funny thing is that I didn't even have proof of funds the total money in my accounts as at the time I submitted wasn't even up to 300k. Though I'm a frequent traveller (to the US, first time EU) and I explained in my cover letter that last month I paid two years' rent hence the temporary shortage of funds. I also had my ticket fully paid for already. |

pufframmy:Thank you very much! I submitted • Original recent 3- months Account statements of my host sent via chronopost. • Original Letter of invite written in French and English duly signed by my host. Stating, I'll spend just 3 weeks to see go visit his family and other places in France and I'll be back, since he's seen mine. Which of course, I would! I no wan spoil my record. • Attestation D'accueil of my host gotten from the town hall. • Passport page of my host in colored format. • My host's Nigerian visa copies (2x) he visited this year and last year. • My NOC from my employer, I'm a Biology teacher. • Already filled and signed France visa registration form. • VFS Appointment letter. • My recent 6-month account statements. (Teachers don't earn much, so I printed 6 months, so that it could suffice). and God's grace too; my overall account statement was just 400k and #50k ending balance. • My 2-colored Int'l passport pages. • Already bought 2-way tickets from Wakanow. • Travel insurance from Alliance. • Visa format Passport photographs taken very close to VFS. From the day of submission, to the day i got the visa. My heart was always in my mouth. Heart palpitations. Because i knew my statement was nothing to show about. All in All, God is Great. |
