REASONS FOR REFUSAL
You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.
In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: of the Immigration Rules for
visitors (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor￾rules), I have considered:
 your application and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
 your immigration history

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) 4.2 of Appendix V because
 I need to take into account all the evidence available to me to make an informed
decision about your application. Part of that evidence is the information you provided
in your previous application for a visit visa, which was refused on 20/01/2022
because the evidence did not support your circumstances, specifically your
employment and your previous education. I have considered your current application
afresh and on its own merits, however, you have not sent any new evidence with
your new application to address the concerns of the previous entry clearance officer.
 The University documents you have submitted are the same as in your previous
application and you have not furnished any further documents to demonstrate your
study time in the Ukraine.
 I note in your earlier application you state your Father was covering the costs of your
visit however tin your current application you have stated you are funding your
proposed visit. The bank statement you have provided shows credits of £2536 in a 4
month period which equates to 4 months of your stated salary. From this statement it
is not clear how you have been supporting yourself financially on a monthly basis if
you can bank your monthly salary. I am not satisfied that this statement is an
accurate reflection of your financial position.
 The information you have provided does not validate your declarations as stated on
the visa application. I am therefore not satisfied that your personal circumstances are
as stated or that the proposed trip is proportionate to your income, finances and is
therefore not credible.
 Given the above I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose
that is permitted under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the end of
your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and (c) of
the Immigration Rules.

NEXT STEPS
In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.

@ gutter should easily be understood by you as most reasons were due to your personal circumstances which look questionable.
are you still a student and what year did you commence and how long is the program?
Or you are a worker? working where? When did you start? what evidence did u submit for the job?
In january your dad was sponsoring, now in may or june you are sponsoring… how come? which salary?
what were the reasons for january denial and why did you not address any of them
what documents from your education did u submit?
what is the reason for the trip?

In your previous visa application with the refusal letter in January, did you state you were a student or done with school but without a job as stated in the application form you filled. In your last visa application barely 4 months later, you submitted salary account statement without documents to show your time studying in Ukraine or working as at the time you first applied for visa which in total was less than 6 months .The ECO could not understand how you that was sponsored by your parent in January now self sponsoring in May without any genuine documents to back up the huge deposit of 2500 pounds in your bank statement in just 4 months and it doesn't look like you spend from the savings. It clearly shows to the ECO that you padded the bank statement just to meet up with the financial demand for a favourable visa decision.

In both application I stated that I graduated from Ukraine some years back I added my school certificate and letter from the school stating the same.
I also stated I am employed and showed my salary account and lettee from my employer in both applications.

I decided to sponsor myself this time since I realised my account balance was enough for my trip

You confused the ECOs about your circumstances, since you are not applying for student Visa, I don't think demonstrating your previous study was necessary but only your travel history to Ukraine. Your current tie is your employment. But since you have drawn Thier attention to it, you have to finish what you have started. It's not a bad thing for someone to sponsor you on your previous application and you decide to sponsor yourself now. But they are not sure you have graduated and you are already working. Your application was treated like a dependant. My Advise now is; the best new further evidence you can use to demonstrate you have finished your study in Ukraine is your "NYSC Dispatch Certificate" that should justify your previous Education and Entry to a Paid Employment in your home country. Since you are already Employed, please treat your application like an employed applicant. Your Leave Letter from your office is Important. And your monthly expenses should equate your outgoing funds from your salary account. All you needed was only the travel history from Ukraine but you have opened Long story. Add your NYSC certificate and address that if your Studentship in Ukraine wasn't completed yet it won't have been possible to engage in NYSC in your country. And your NYSC finishing time to when you were offered employment too shows your gradual progress. All this explanations wouldn't have been needed if you didn't include all your previous Education and all. But to get the Visa now, you have to address Thier doubt thoroughly.

Honestly and to be fair, I don’t know what they need again regarding your school info, if he has stated he is a graduate and he has provided certificate and admission letter from school, what other evidence do you need to show you are a graduate?

The only issue I have is, in your previous application, you chose that your dad will sponsor you, did you fill it there that you had no job or that you were employed?
If you were unemployed in January and you got a new job now then you should able to show a new letter of employment that showed that you only got employed after the last application, also the ECO is wondering why you ain’t touching your salary, it could be that you strategically put the money there for the application… so if you genuinely saving your salary and you have other means of living… then you need to state it that you have other source of funds maybe from friends and family and explain why they give you these funds maybe pocket money from parents. You also need to show where the funds are being paid too and how often you spend them cos you can’t be living without spending money no matter how small. But if all these doesn’t reflect in your statement m. The ECO will be confused. As for your school, maybe you should add your transcript, pictures of you In School, student ID card, other proof that you went to school since they need more proof even though I feel you have demonstrated more than enough in that regards. Keep the faith bro, it will happen

My mum will be sponsored by her sister from Nigeria to the Uk, and she will also get an invitation letter from an uncle over there. However how do I prove ties to home, so they believe it’s a short vacation.

Let her state it that she will be heading back home to meet her family.
She should provide marriage certificate to show she’s married and she stays with her husband and she will be going back to meet her kids after her stay.
Family is a very strong home tie. My opinion

To be honest, i did not want to comment on this thread because i was asking myself if it is a student visa or a visiting visa. If its a visit visa, how did admission letter, transcript, etc enter the application. If in your previous application, you mentioned you are going to the UK on a visit and you are unemployed but your dad was going to sponsor you, that's all. School documents are irrelevant. If now you are employed and capable to go on the trip by sponsoring yourself, all well and good. But what i captured in the ECO's recent refusal letter is that within four months, you now have a job and enough savings to sponsor yourself to the UK? and the statement has no debit transactions only credits? C'mon... The whole thing is confusing.

why were you denied in the previous visa? The visa officer expressed concerns about the last denial and tht u did not say anythin about it and in january 2022 what was your employment status?
If your dad was sponsoring u, did u state unemployed? Then 5 months later came back with salary credits and job?
Just too many things are going on in your application and I dnt really understand why all this loopholes you included without providing closure for each one

You furnished too much info. All you needed to include in that application was a copy of your previous visa. The school certificate has no importance because you didn’t apply for a study visa.

Another factor was your bank statement. If you didn’t spend any money from your salary, then how did you survive?

I did my biometrics on the 2nd of June at V.I

Sent a paid email last week Wednesday and was told my application is being considered and is awaiting a decision and would only be escalated after 8weeks

Sent another message yesterday( at exactly 8 weeks) and my application was escalated. I was told that I shouldn’t send another message until after 15 working days.

Has anyone been in this kind of similar situation?
Does a decision gets made within the 15 days?

I have an exam on the 23rd of August and I am very worried.

Hi Bro, I agree that it’s a bit confusing but let me acquaint you with why some people might need school details in their application.
Take for instance my younger bro is schooling in Netherlands, came to visit me in the UK.
He works part time as well so I’m his application he added admission letter from school, his result thus far, school ID card that showed that he would go back to complete his studies. He also added other relevant details about his part time job and he added proof of funds.
So what I am saying is the situation you are determines the type of document you will present especially as home tie.
However, for this applicant, I feel there are lot of information missing and he needs to let us know what type of visa was previously refused, and what type did he apply for now, since you are now a graduate why including these in your application… I doubt if he was applying for visitor visa anyway…
