I am so sorry. Most likely than not they have presented(forged) documents in your name granting this travel.. if not the ECO wont grant the vis without their mom’s input
What visa are you going on as u mention u also had biometrics
ekcfele:
Please I need help and advice on what to do.
I am traveling to the UK, when I went for biometrics I saw my husband with two of my children that are minor at the TLC CENTER they also came for their biometrics.
We have been in custody battle in Nigeria and no decision has been made in court.
I am not sure what documents he is using to move the children to the UK.
I WILL also mention that I know where they are going to because I know where his current wife school in the UK.
I NEED advice on how to get my children whilst in the UK.

WOW ........ What a coincidence......... Now wey una don see eyeball2eyeball....... That his plan, don jump inside ocean.........

If I was him, I would come and negotiate..........

You need to get your lawyer send a letter to the British High commission, narrating your custody battle and progress, which would include the full names and DOB of your children etc etc etc .......

Your lawyer needs to summon your ex husband to court, so the judge can issue a temporary injunction........

Your lawyer needs to send same petition letter to NAPTIP etc etc etc ..........

Do you have a copy of your children's travelling passport......

You don't want to stop your children from travelling, but once they arrive the UK, you want to collect them?

The horse must always go ahead of the cart ..........

Make I stop for now ........... If I was him, it's time to negotiate......... cheesy

The £100 IPTV is coping well on match days ....... If we love to watch EPL, that might be an option...... Streams in 4K, but no DSTV .......... wink

My basic understanding is that they only trust their license, hence the high price for International license.
To get cheaper quotes, your job is a factor, best if you're with children, staying in a less busy area, have a driveway or garage at your residence, having a long years of experience, avoid old or relatively cheap cars(based on my small research, I might be wrong), check one or more quoting site ẹ.g Moneysupermarket, comparethemarket, quotezone etc, lastly the insurance group is a factor, best if it's within 1 to 3/5 cheesy

Like Oga Lexusgs430 would suggest a Toyota Aygo would really give one of the cheapest quotes, I never see the automatic if you don't do stick sha.

I hope have been able to convince you and not confuse you.

N:B this is my view, it might be wrong
Thanks a lot. Your Moneysupermarket suggestion gave me the best quotes. I got lower quotes when I put in that I have a provisional license instead. This slashed the prices significantly; over half the initial price I was getting. Thanks again.

Both party should not be selfish in this matter. The better future of the children is better than their egoistic battle. They need to reach compromise without washing their linen in public in this matter else the children might never make it abroad again without both parents involved

read the quote again and this time slowly maybe you can comprehend it this time. I wonder how advising someone to hear both side of a story has become a "judgement".

That is what you should worry about because your ex husband can not take the kids to the UK without your written consent and document to show that he has the sole custody of those kids.

Since you did not give your consent and the custody case is ongoing then your ex hubby most likely forged those documents for visa application. If that is the case then he is in real hot mess and plays into your hand.

Call him to ask those questions before contact the embassy
