Stop trying to insult your boss unjustly. Anyway, one can only blame the MODs that make it possible for small-minded elements like you to insult others unjustly and go scot-free. Well, say that to my boy, nna gi!

Meanwhile, one of my companies is presently hiring both Software Engineers and Finance Experts at Toptal. Assuming that you are a top talent, I would have said, go and register there let me recommend you to my HR personnel for a $160 and $140 per/hour job respectively that will run consecutively for a minimum of 11 months, and you will stand a chance of being made a permanent staff member and relocated to America at the end of the 11 months.

If you are looking for a place where everyone will always put you on a pedestal, get the eff off this forum.
you can recommend as an academic tutor on upwork if you have a job post

That's why it's called remote job.

No excuses. I am guilty of this too
Yea, thanks, but quite difficult considering that I spend so much time on my research, including weekends.

I have a question about proposals on Upwork. Whenever a need is uploaded, one will see proposals needed etc.

Upwork at first instance gives 50 proposals. So what happens after the 50 proposals has been exhausted?

Using proposals for applying for jobs, does it guarantee that one will be called up or screened for interview?

How were you able to do it, given that UPWORK requires both ID and FACIAL Verification?

And some clients do conduct zoom/google meet interviews before giving you the Gig

i will not expose how its done so it doesn't get abused and messed up.

and yes you can get 'genuine' fake intl passports of any country in the world for yourself, ids, driver's license, etc. if only you know how.

This question is very broad and not what I can answer is one breathe.

I don’t advise people on skills. You need to figure out your interest first, that is the only way you would stay on course and not abandon the skill halfway like many before you. cheesy

You need a laptop, internet connection, steady power supply and a lot of determination. [/quote

Laptop am on the verge of getting it.
Power supply not a problem.
Am thinking of data entry or customer service

Can you use PVsyst efficiently and effectively.
Your Monika is a turn off.
I used this moniker when i was younger and loved music. There was a musician by this name who sang with snoopdogg. (Stacey Adams) and i loved the song as a kid. I later gave up listening to music when i learned it was forbidden in Islam. I can't change it, i definitely would have by now. We all grew up. Not that im a cocaine dealer or advocate.

I installed a trial version of pvsyst. I am learning it but what i discovered is that i can do all the load analysis it offers without it except the calculations for shading. With a gis soft ware like arcgis, it is possible to also get the geographic data of any installation site and get solar irradiation information for pv design. The pv interfaces are not yet as developed as they should be because they can only retrieve information for developed countries that have more complete data on the maps. I tried it with a Nigerian location in jigawa state and it couldn't get it. I have kml files converted to .shp for a major hospital in abuja and still it doesnt have it. Please if you will assist me, i can learn pvsyst within a week. I am a very serious person as i got to this stage through personal development. Today i build inverters and alot of automated devices that will thrill you. I can provide you with links to my linkedin so you see personally some projects i have built. I am on an international whatsapp group for embedded system developers. People have reached out to me after seeing my contributions and gave me their final year projects to research, produce circuit diagrams and codes. This has also broadened the scope of my experience. I represented kano state in 2021 creative business cup. Kindly give me this trial.

You Just Have To Be Good At Even Supposed Easy Jobs…

I have gotten to learn that no job is as easy as we think. You only think it is easy because you are not required to do it professionally and you see someone skilled in it doing it effortlessly.

Many people jump into customer service because they think it is that easy, but they can’t address customer complaints like a professional. A Nairalander asked the prospects for a remote customer support officer in Nigeria and this was my response to him…

How are you able to provide 24hrs light? Do you use laptop power bank? We have solar in our house, but sometimes the battery can disappoint and doesn’t last up to close of work hours. Also what internet subscription do you use that is really strong? I use Airtel but they disappointed during one of my interviews and their poor network lasted about 2 hrs after the interview.

What you are talking about is CONNECTS.

After you exhaust your 50 free connects, you can buy more or wait for 10 monthly free connects. You also get connects when you are interviewed for a job.

1) Only apply for verified payment jobs.
2) Apply to clients with a high hiring rate.
3) Apply very early. Less than 5 proposals or at worst, 5 to 10 proposals.
4) Boost your chance of an interview invitation by writing a very good proposal and attaching your portfolio as a Google link.

Then you can increase the batteries.
get a generator set and a laptop powerbank.

I use Airtel and Smile for now. No issues so far.

Mehn, freelancing would make you realize how bad they see Nigerians

Joined Fiverr and made my first gig with a US lady who asked me to transcribe a 1 hour audio file into text. Billed her $35 and completed the job within 24 hours. She was pleased and tipped me $5 join.

Few weeks later, she employed me again for a 1 min video and paid $5 (tipped me $5 again)

Throwback to today, that's the only job I got on Fiverr. She even left me a 5 star review on my profile and still, that didn't help me at all

I had thousands of impressions on my gigs and close to 20 clicks. None of those clicks turned into gigs which I was fucking sure of the fact they saw Nigeria on my profile

One stupid myth is they don't believe we know how to speak good English.
The segregation against us is too much TBH
Hi, I would love to get in touch with you. Kindly avail me of the opportunity as regards transcribing and how to get on with it. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

Freelancing is not easy and you have to put in the hard work.
Recently, I enrolled for a course that entails virtual assistance on ALX but couldn't complete it due to power and data constraints.
Hopefully, I'll get back soon.

Sorry about that. Was enrollment/training free? Currently looking for one that is free.
