For School Fees
Visit Tradesystem.gov.ng
* Register (if you don’t have an account)
* Individual
*Input your BVN
* Login (If you already have an account)
* Click Start Application
* Select Educational Fees
* Choose School fees
* Enter all necessary student and school details
* Upload necessary documents (international passport data page, provisional admission letter, school invoice, WAEC/first degree certificate)
* Upload sponsor’s identification (if the student is paying through a sponsor)
* Enter the school fees amount (max $15,000 per semester)
* Enter the bank account number to debit
* Select preferred bank from the dropdown
* Submit
*You can follow up with your bank using your AF-number. School fees processing may take up to 1-3 weeks.

For Upkeep
* Login
* Click Start Application
* Select Educational Fees
* Choose Upkeep
* Enter all necessary student and school details
* Upload necessary documents (student’s int’l passport data page, provisional admission letter, WAEC/first degree certificate, sponsor’s identification, sponsor’s letter of authority to debit)
* Enter the upkeep amount (max $5,000 per semester)
* Enter the bank account number to debit
* Select preferred bank from the dropdown
* Submit
* *You can follow up with your bank using your AF-number. Upkeep processing may take up to 1-3 weeks.

Please if I have uploaded and submitted my documents through self service and I later choose assisted service ( I did this to change the :15 time slots) without using it . Does this assisted service cancel all the other documents I had submitted earlier? Thank you

POF printed in June is over 31 days old limit required for bank statement by the ukvi. You will need to print another statement.
If you took out money that caused your balance to go below required sum, you'll put it back and start counting from day 1 again.

So can I print my statement for the aforementioned period and submit for my biometrics even though my current balance isn't same as that period? Thanks for your assistance.

My POF started on the 25th July with a fund transfer, and now i have picked 23rd August for Biometrics, i intend printing and submitting my statement of account on 23rd morning, pls am i due for biometrics looking at the time frame to avoid attracting problem for myself. Thanks.

My own case is of an expired passport can i go ahead with my school application attaching proof that my renewal is in progress and the old passport just for initiation.
Please i also need your view of Unilag sending transcript to school as they insist that i can't get a student copy. What's the process like

You are not supposed to tamper with the remaining school fees balance and your maintenance deposit. However if you did, you need to deposit it back and start a new cycle, which imply that you can't even apply for biometric now till the POF matures next month.

When is your resumption BTW?

Are you applying as a child or an adult? please clarify. Parents as sponsors and birth certificate to prove relationship is only relevant documentation when you are applying as a child.

Please I need an advice on this POF matter. The SoA I used to receive CAS will expire on 22nd August but I removed the money briefly after printing the mature POF statement. I plan to submit the same SoA I used for CAS to UKVI by next week since it is expiring on 22nd. I have returned the POF back to my account. I just want to know if it's safe to submit the SoA that is expiring on 22nd to UKVI. The POF is back in my account (complete).
