This mumu girl ordered me from Anthony village. Got to her location. Called her and she said that's not her location. I asked for the exact location, she said GT. I was just trying to reverse back from the street beside zenith, then she cancelled the ride. As I was about to enter the road to go turn round and get down at Anthony inward palmgroove, her order came again. I was in a little traffic on the road to GT. She called and asked where I was, I said in the traffic along Anthony village road. Before I got there, she cancelled again. As I was approaching the bank, the order came again the 3rd time. I got to GT, entered and parked well, then she came out and saw me and then went in to call the 2nd lady she was with. They wasted time....it was almost about 5 mins wait time. They came out and were trying to open the door. I already locked it. Immediately it entered 5 mins, I just cancelled it. They were hitting the car for me to open. I wind the glass down and asked why they were hitting my car, they said they ordered me. I asked her; "ordered who? Pls don't hit my car again". She checked and saw I had cancelled. She hissed and told the other lady; abeg make we dey go!

Yes, we take shit in this biz but there are some I really can't take

All I can say is some ladies are devil's advocate, lack manners, careless and ignorant. I really can't tell what is living inside them. They will book a trip and saw the time, yet! They will be asking if you can get to them in 3 mins. If you say 10, ha! Too long. How can 10 mins be long. 20 mins they are still on same spot trying to get a trip. I don't even bother myself.

It is in the blood of almost every lady to care for their own and threat others as if they her less of a human. I always wonder how a lady will protect her son, but fight his father with so much venom. But if the son bites from his father blood when married, she will turn around and heap the blame on her son wife. I practically tell any of them around me to learn to threat people equal and as human.

She can't cancel when trip is on. She will be frustrated. You will only have to pay commission of 100 or 150 naira at most.

Good day everyone, I’m new to this forum, although I’ve been a guest member for some time now, and I’ve been following this thread for some time now, I just got a Toyota Matrix 2006 car and I will like to use the car for e-hailing, I will like you guys to advise me on we what I need to know before going into the business, the best e-hailing platform to use, what are the necessary documents I need to have to avoid having issues, apart from drivers license, and also tips on how to succeed in this business
I’m a newbie, I will be expecting the reply of experienced drivers, thanks

This right here is way beyond a write up. You will need someone with experience to put you through. You can connect by meeting each other of via phone call.

Little tips:
- make sure you have DL and your car papers are intact
- download Bolt app and register. Go for training if they still do and take your car for inspection
- I recommend Bolt because Indriver is technical somewhat for now
- understand Lagos Rd. Start by knowing how to use google map. Open your map and understand how to connect from island from where you live or how to connect to Mainland from Island.
- if you are good at driving, take the bold step after registration. Pick a trip and let the rider to understand you are not good with roads as a newbie. Don't embark on a trip with a rider that doesn't know his or her way, premium tears loading.
- as a newbe make sure by 6pm you are off the the road, until you start knowing places, understand riders and you can sense trouble trips from far.

I'll edit later biko Don browser. Feeling sleepy like this

There won't be doom on indriver. You know why? Riders are porting. How many new users do you see on app daily? I interview all new riders I carry. They all hate bolt. The message is spreading. Bolt is dead.

Have you observe new users are the most stubborn riders to deal with when it come to price negotiation.

Very anyhow set of people grin
I always talk to myself when I see a new user with edited price. I'd be like 'they must have told this werey that Indriver drivers runs their vehicle on water'.

I'll never do that Time=Money on Indriver Sha, I'll burnout because I'd tend to do more trip than necessary. Imagine going to airport from Sangotedo for 4k in the morning just because it's going to take me less than 45mins to complete. A trip of well over 55km!

God abeg o

This right here is one of the reason I say the jobs affect us mentally.

Imagine you a perfect gentleman doing this like hoodlums
After she canceled the 2nd time you should have just gone offline for 5mins. Instead of turning round and round and then wait for 5mins, to cancel.

The truth is; whether anybody admits it or not, it affects us mentally.

And yes, I should have gone offline, but I just wanted to serve her back, the way she did to me. I can tell you from her countenance, she was so angry and disappointed. They had to trek down towards Anthony, under the sun, cos I didn't leave immediately, I came down and was watching. I guess they decided to take a bus, which will be more frustrating for them.

I eventually got a request from GT to int. airport and another from airport to Surulere

I'm just catching cruise bro.

If you're intending to use corolla get 2003 - 2007 because of fuel consumption, peace of mind, ruggedity, affordability and availability of parts.

Please get a foreign used car if you can or buy a Nigerian Used with bad engine and chnage the engine yourself.

Nice one bro, the way these riders cancel request is very annoying. At the bolded, you don't need to wait for 5 minutes, just swipe the arriving now and use the option client ask me to cancel.
