How much exactly is an Nigerian benefiting from oil proceeds? -0%

How much are we as a nation benefiting from the government? Same -0%

What make you think an average Nigerian will benefit from something they can’t even provide for us at cheaper rate?

Lebanon economy has collapse completely, same with Sri Lanka, Venezuela and others. The reason Nigeria hasn’t collapsed yet is because of her citizens don’t live on government provisions! Because they never provide for us so we got independent from the government. We are so independent that even if there isn’t a dollar in Federal account we will still survive!

Who is the poorly educated and poorly inform now?

How much exactly is an Nigerian benefiting from oil proceeds? -0%
This is not entirely correct. Given our population, without oil resources we would have been worse. Government can afford to subsidise education because of oil money. You pay 165-200 naira today for fuel ( one of the lowest in the world) because NNPC pays the bulk of the subsidy.

How much are we as a nation benefiting from the government? Same -0%
Are you ready to be taxed for even having a shop in Naija? Because that's how oyinbo operates. Government gave many of us education at a cheaper rate. Today many use same education to go for doctorates or Masters abroad and the degrees are accepted. Our doctors graduating with such cheap school fees from Naija can afford to be employed directly in U.K and U.S where most of the Doctors there had to depend on loans to become Doctors.

What make you think an average Nigerian will benefit from something they can’t even provide for us at cheaper rate?
So because you think we can't benefit from it, they shouldn't build it at all?

Sri Lanka's collapse could have easily being predicted years ago. Nigeria's situation is not close to that of Srilanka or Venezuela. Sri lanka for example had debt defaults for some time now. Nigeria on the other hand have many more ways of increasing revenues than Srilanka or Venezuela. But I agree with you, I like the business/independent spirit of the Nigerian people.

Which revenue earner, the ones politicians would loot , you have crude oil and gas yet no 24 hr electricity in Naija.
One term president spent almost $3 billion in Ghana just to get power plants by crude or gas to increase their power generation in the country to maintain 24hrs electricity, but Nigeria zero.

Nigeria government should go buy power plants and generate electricity for you guys in Nigeria, it has nothing to do with laying pipes from Nigeria to Europe.
They’re even power Plants integrated in ships offshore that produce or generate electricity 24hrs.
You’re not even in Nigeria .

Blame your fellow Nigerians. Until the day we have leaders who genuinely care about their people, Nigeria will forever remain a developing nation and slaves to other nations. Those slaves you're talking about were sold to the West by who? African kings!

Nigeria ramps up construction of pipeline delivering gas to Europe

Nigeria is ramping up efforts to finish the construction of a pipeline that will help deliver its gas to Europe.

It's also trying to triple its reserves as prices and demand for gas surge due to the conflict in Ukraine.

Al Jazeera's Ahmed Idris reports from Port Harcourt.
Due to the Conflict in Ukraine??
So, if the Conflict ends, what will happen?
(The demand for gas will drop, and the pipeline would become useless??
Abiii??
Is this the best thing we can do with our money at the moment??)

These Europeans want to drain our life out of us in Nigeria, using the opportunity of having bad leaders and colliding with them to kill the good ones that want to turn Nigeria to a better country.
Almighty God will judge you all.

Awolowo, Muritala Mohammed, Abiola, Yaradua, Gani Fawehimi etc may your souls rest in perfect peace.
But they will pay, we will have more dollar inflow, exchange rate will come down, prices of imported items will come down as a result of improved exchange rate, more revenue to fund infrastructures (if well managed). This should have been done some 49years ago

Nope Europe wants to reduce her energy dependency on Russia who has such similar gas pipelines to Europe.
Aside,, this project is a joint venture with Europe with Russia showing interest to invest. Imo, this should have been done some 40 years back. But better late than neve

Expect nothing less like this if tinubu is rigged to power.

It's business as usual. The political thief's always looking for opportunities like this to enrich themselves and anything that will favor Nigeria masses you will never see them supporting it
