This is how I make my Custard

Add 2 & half tea spoon of Custard in a little bowl

Add little water to it and stir

Don't Add excessive water

But make sure the water and the Custard mix evenly

By then you already have boiling water

Keep stirring the Custard solution

Then add the hot water immediately (don't add the hot water gradually otherwise you will get some part undisolved)

Keep stirring while add the water
Don't add so much water unless you want a watery Custard

If you are not satisfied, you can also place the bowl of made Custard in a pot of hot water and cook it until you are satisfied

My first attempt failed.
I boiled the water first, poured the custard powder in a cup and start pouring the hot water but the result was very poor.

I started seeing undissolved particles.

I disposed that one, boiled the water again.

This time around i poured the hot water inside the cup first and used the eba style but it failed again.

I just disposed this one now.

I dont know what to do.

I am angry right now.

Somebody in the house should help me pls.

I need the guidelines.

You have to dissolve the custard powder frist with cold water into a thick and smooth paste,you need an equal part of cold water for whatever quantity of custard powder you re going to be making,The water must be brought to a boil before stirring it into the custard mixture.while pouring the hot water into mixture you have to keep stirring constantly until you notice the custard becoming thickened and the whitish mixture fadding away.

Add the quantity of custard u want into a bowl
Add cold water and stir to form a paste, let it not be too watery.
Then add your boiled water and stir.


Your custard is ready
