2" for floor drain
2" for wash hand basin drainage

That's only when you're using sub frames. You fit the sub frame and dress them in neatly, then bring the windows and fit later. In this method we are building window frames with the glass intact, we complete wall plastering, then hang the windows and now dress them in neatly. The final work is to create the chosen wall designs outside, like wall marking, or window hoods.
