It is not a red flag to apply for a post-graduate program in the supply chain even if you have completed level 6. For example, though the UK professional certificate in procurement is a professional program, it is still considered an undergraduate program. In your SOP, emphasize the benefits of the program, including how the program will provide additional skills and allow you to attain a leadership position.
Rhodia:

Thank you so much for this.
I have a UK professional certificate in procurement (CIPS Level 4-6)
Can this affect my getting study visa approval please? If I apply for PG course in Supply Chain

When more than 3 persons have just described you as a nuisance, I think you're one.
How can you just come out of no where (moniker registered few days ago) and start labelling monikers that have been around for more than a decade 'fake' 'Scammer'.
Who gave you the discerning spirit to identify monikers as fake or scammers.
In one of your posts, you claimed you have already japa, concentrate on your hustle that side and leave us here to get information from gurus here.

Yes, you should. Your intended program is higher than HND. However, you should stick with @Ibaka’s suggestion to go for a post-graduate program; it's a higher education level and more affordable.
Horlar4th:
Thanks for the response I really appreciate. But I still need clarification, should I still quote my HND as a recent graduation and study?

Please i also need help.

I studied sociology (Bsc) with a (3.17 CGPA) I am trying to apply for a year course either post graduate diploma or certificate or Masters in any management course or in sociology.

My budget is 10,000 CAD

Please can you advise on the school.
Preferably winter/spring.

Thank you

Chocs:
Hi there,

What course are you looking to do the post graduate diploma or certificate in? What course was the HND in? What is your budget? Nobody can tell you for sure if you will get a visa or not, you put in your best and expect the result. Providing more information will make it easier for people to respond to you.

Cheers
