What an elder sees while sitting, a child can not see it from the top of Iroko.

Shebi when I was spitting the truth here. They were attacking me, Calling me names, saying that I'm not a true fan. I'm pessimistic etc.
Now how far?
Something I saw in our first pre season match against this same Man Utd na now some of una dey see am. They say it was pre season, nobody takes pre season matches serious, they were trying to avoid injuries and test fitness but at the end of the day injuries aplenty and fitness is nowhere to be found. grin
But . . . What is the cause of the loss now, what excuse do we give this time around. Abi the player's thought we are still in pre season grin
No cause for alarm sha, it's just 3 games into the season, let's keep being optimistic we will win the league. Let's keep the hope alive, it's just 2 wins and 1 draw & we will be on level terms with Arsenal.

When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of a storm
There's a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
For your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on, walk on
With hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
Walk on, walk on
With hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
I stand by the team to pull us out of the situation we are in....
I believe our legendary manager jurgen klopp to make us better despite the challenges we are facing...
That's all that matters!
Any other postulation from doomsday analysts masquerading as fans or yarns & shading from uncharitable quarters is inconsequential and does not deserve a response!

Klopp is a careless coach whose blind loyalty will cost him...

Why tf should Henderson, milner be starting in the year 2022 especially after the gruelling season we just had,If lallana was not injury prone,he'd still be starting for us....

Klopp has not willingly sold a player especially the ones he loves except they requested themselves to leave or run down their contract to seek better pay elsewhere...

It was so obvious he should've let go of Henderson, milner, use their mega salary to buy low signing fee players with low wages eg sarr of Watford, that former Brighton player now playing for spurs, etc ....cash-in on firmino, cut losses on Ox and keita...I thought this was keita season but his latest injury means we should move on without him....

Some are still crying about mane even joining trolls to attack Liverpool, who are bent on running the "black" African agenda, the low wage issue and bantering Salah in the process....Omo,there is space in Bayern fanbase to save your endless tears and moaning, they win every game.....GO SUPPORT THEM TO SAVE YOUR ENDLESS TEARS

Milner and Henderson combo has never worked..They don't offer anything aside passing backward and sideways... Henderson starting is still acceptable given that he is captain..But Milner? When was the last time he gave an assist or scored a goal from open play? And to think he played up to 70 minutes make it more baffling..
Honestly,Klopp has a large share of the blame for the defeat...Let's hope he'll learn from this ahead of the Bournemouth game...

For all of pep so called dominance of the league,if FSG were not penny pinching and were quarter passionate about Liverpool's success on the field like how they are about profit, klopp's blind loyalty, his carelessness in some games(dropping points from comfortable leads eg 2-0 up against Brighton, chelsea and almost loosing, can't finish off a firsthalf10man Chelsea),he would've had at least 2 out of pep's 4...

I know he will sort it out this weekend and all of a sudden,no need for new signings then perhaps come May if we are likely challenging for EPL,we would again look back at some of these games we dropped points that we should've won

It was a bad combo truly. But milner gave his all in that game.
Man was everywhere defending, attacking he was there.
Fabinho just returned from injury.
Feminho gat to go.
VVD should please sit on the bench for straight two matches.
Please Klopp don't start Elliot. That boy is below average.
Why keep Cavalho in the bench?
Luiz Dias is not a 90mins player.
There was no one playing through the middle of the attack. Nunes was missed here.

Quick recovery to Matip, konate, Thiago and Jota.
These players would have made the difference.
Did Liverpool miss Mané??
My answer is NO.

Tbh, I still wonder why
Coutinho short stay with him proved that Klopp would have made Liverpool more deadly with a creative Midfielder but he wasn't replaced.

Maybe that's what he bought Cavalho for but the guy is still very young
Yet he plays Cavalho out of position. He always push him to the wide areas.

We really need to sign at least one midfielder before the season ends o . Seems like Klopp is relying too much on our injured players coming back soon... Meanwhile, most of them are injury prone..Keita, Ox and Matip should have a medical ward named in their honour when they eventually leave..
Transfer window is wide open. Yet Klopp just sit his butt down waiting for the injury players to return with you losing games.

This here is the Koko. Milner, Henderson, Keita and Firmino all needs to be sold while fresher and younger blood needs to be brought in.
If all four are Sold then at least 2 Midfielders are brought in, it'll make sense. I dunno if it's Klopp loyalty abi fsg penny pinching but something's needs to be done.

Also, this was just proving as if it's the wrong time to sell Minamino and Origi grin

It's a poor decision. How can you sell three proven strikers (Mané, Minamino and Origi) only to buy one?
Now that one got booked and there was no proven striker to replace him.

What exactly do you people expect from a team that's currently experiencing an injury crisis?

FGS! The defence has been inconsistent (VVD and TAA are still on "vacation" while Robertson has been far from his best), the midfield has been weak (Thiago injury and Fabinho's lack of fitness) and the attack has a striker who is still settling in and a false 9 that has lost his mojo.

I believe the team will adapt with time. I am sure most of you Fairweather fans would change your mouth when the team settles.

I remember the last time we had this type of Crisis, we lost 6 straight home games for the first time in history. Mane was in the team playing nonsense (He was off form). So, those still crying about Mane's move to Bayern should let us hear word abeg.

This here...

And it's obvious it's FSG and not Klopp...His last conference was enough to confirm that...

I mentioned here sometime before the season started that we needed a midfielder, and Barella was available..I recommended him then and the club was sniffing around, till they decided to wait till next season...I don't think Inter will let him go now without an adequate replacement...Next season isn't assured because more clubs might become interested....

People crying about Mane should join him in Bayern....

Anyways, what's done is done, let's work with what we have...

They will always say terrible things about the Liverpool legend to rubbish is great time at Liverpool but they won't tell you about the great feats he accomplished at the club. This goes to show how biased and ungrateful they are.

The season we lost 6 games consecutively at Anfield, they won't tell you that prior to that, we had gone 68 games unbeaten. We were the league's defending champions after topping the table with 99 points, 18 points ahead of Man City and despite going 22 points behind Man City that year we still managed to finish 3rd, cutting it to 17 points adrift of the champions and finishing ahead of Chelsea who won the champions league that year. Is it not a great feat if we finish above champions league winners in the league this season? But people are making nonsense of it because of how bias and ungrateful they are to their own African brother. What a shame!

Nobody in Liverpool history has scored more goals in Champions League knockout ties than he has. No other African player has achieved that. He has 15 in total. They won't tell you that.

Four times in the last five years, Mane reached 20 goals in all competitions. Nobody knows.
He has the fastest hayrick in the Premier League. It is inconsequential. Liverpool's record scorer away from home in the Champions league. Holds the Premier League record for the first player to score in nine consecutive league games against the same opponent. Just only the second player to score away hatrick in CL. It's not good enough.

Last season we almost won all the competitions we entered, winning the FA CUP & LEAGUE CUP while narrowly missing out on the league and Champions league after it went down to the wire. If other players had given it all just like he does we could have probably been champions league and league winners!

You won't hear all these but when we lose 6 home matches consecutively, they will blame Mane forgetting that we still rallied to finish 3rd above Champions league winners. They can do their best to rubbish the king but the fact remains that he's a legend at the club. Nobody can take that away from him.

Let that sink in. cool

Lol, you're still acting more like a Mane fan than a Liverpool fan. All these things you wrote up here is exactly what a rival fan who loves Mane would write and it'll be understandable not a Liverpool fan who ought to love the club more than any player.

For one, Nobody says Mane isn't important to Liverpool's success but that in this crisis you guys are experiencing, there's little Mane could have done and there's verifiable fact to back it up. You go about talking about personal records and achievements he had but was all these achieved when Liverpool where in injury crisis like this? No!!

I hate it when people undermine other people's achievement & success. I posted those things because an ignorant fellow asked about Mane's whereabouts when we were losing consecutively at home in 2021 when I never said that we are dip in form now due to his departure.
I don't know why these ignorant people keep pushing me to talk about him cos nobody can point to a post where I postulated that our poor performance this season is down to the departure of Mane. I have deliberately avoided it even when other people mentioned it.

I ask again since this new season commenced, how many times have you seen me talk about Mane?

FSG has always been the problem. I read somewhere that our net spend in the last four seasons is about £19m. John Henry and his group are not ready to invest in the team. All they care about is profit. Klopp has really tried.

FSG are running the club the American way.. Remember they own an American sport team too..If you follow American sport well, you will see that they don't do this buy and sell kind of transfer business.. What they do is trade! Trade one asset(s) for another of the same value.. Sort of like a trade by barter kind of thing...
My guess is they are trying to implement such at Liverpool..Maximize profit well keeping the net spent low..That's why we hardly make a major singing until we sell some players... Business wise,it's a smart decision..but for the fans, it can be painful to endure...
