Hi Cornoak,

The rate for CAD is not as high as N335 today, confirmed official NGN rate is N330.45, however IRCC rate today for NGN is N324.

I dont think it is possible for you to apply for form A without a valid student visa.It might just be in the system and it wont be approved.
I guess it is because your visa was not attached as at when you applied
You can reconfirm though.
Verify your information before dishing it out to avoid misleading people.

buy dollars from the black market and deposit them into your dollar card that the bank will give you to make payment. It means you will buy dollars at a high rate

Ok well noted.

One doesn't need a valid student visa to apply for FORM A (School fees).

However, a valid visa and a return ticket are required for get PTA before traveling.

Hello gurus,

Just to recap from the last thread, I applied for study permit as a visitor in canada back in February, Got ppr in June and got my study Visa stamped while i was in canada. However the study permit wasn't mailed to me for more than 8 weeks,

Following the advise from the group, I raised webforms and reached out to the MP in my area, who came to help.
I was told that the study permit came in as a letter to my Canadian address even though I really never received it.

They asked to apply for a replacement which I did, but I just got an information letter and the port of entry letter of introduction today telling me to proceed to a POE port of entry to have a first issue of my study permit.

Please i want to ask as a Nigerian passport holder, do i have to return back to Nigeria to come back to canada to get to a port of entry?
Nb: I have only have a Canadian visitor and study visa issued.

Thank you all.

School fees.

Then you don't need any visa for form A. You only need admission letter, your passport, naija education qualification doc & tuition payment instructions.

Okay, thank you..

I have sent messages to Frank and Makano, but none of them have replied me.

Reading through the thread from the last part (21), I also saw Makano has helped an applicant who got refused 7 times get his Visa on the 8th attempt...

With my personal research since my last post, I can conclude that Frankrobbn1 and Makano are the top gurus here.. And I pray God uses any of them to get my Visa on the 5th attempt.

Frankrobbn1 of F & R Global (https://fandrglobal.com/) is your sure plug. He did it for me after 2 refusals.

.

If you need a Visa to travel to Canada , you don't need ETA. ETA is needed by travellers with passport from visa waiving countries to Canada.
