@ Op, I think you should think of preparing soups for the Northern folks on nairaland.com, soups like miankuka, Tuwo shinkafa, and different northern dishes, then Middle belt and South Western part of Nigeria etc spread your cooking tentacles to all the Regions of Nigeria and if possible start looking towards African / Carribean and Continental dishes, that way, it will likely draw a huge fan base to your YouTube channel and the money will start rolling in but when you enter your financial paradise, send your Tithes and offerings to AngelicBeing so that l can bless and pray over it

Why use rubber to stir? Plastics and hot things don't gel. Root cause of cancer. Eg drinking hot tea with plastic cups, using plastic plates for moimoi etc

Non stick coated pots spoil easily when it comes in contact with metal spoons, wooden and silicone becomes the alternative to metal for such pots.

Season the meat with seasoning cubes, salt, onion and pepper blend and start cooking.
Blend the tatashe, yellow scent pepper and onion. Remove the seeds of tatashe, it gives a bitter taste.
Blend the groundnuts and crayfish, crayfish loosens the groundnuts when blending.
Wash and slice the vegetables: I used scent leaves and Uziza leaves, so nice.
Wash and debone the Kpanla fish and Catfish.
Get back to the meat, it should be tender by now.
Add in the blended tatashe, onion and pepper.
Add in salt and seasoning.
Taste and adjust seasoning or salt if need be.
Add a little palm oil, cover to cook for 5 minutes. (palm oil is optional)
Add in the groundnut and crayfish, stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
Add in the fish, cook for 5 minutes.
Add in the leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
Your soup is ready.

You can use only scent leaves. Uziza leaves is enjoyed by all, its easily gotten from the market.
It can replace your vegetables for Egusi, Okro if you try it. The taste is distinct.

There is Ghana and Nigerian version of groundnut soup.
This one is Nigerian version, I might make the Ghanaian version soon.
