Maintenance funds doesn't include visa fees and IHS. That is completely separate.

Not sure what you mean by monthly income, the rules are clear evidence of £680*9months outside London (I assume outside London) so it should have the full statement of £6120 for minimum 28days not monthly income, verifiable and for the use of maintenance

It is for a dependent child. The money was used for paying his visa fees. There is also a monthly income that will show on the statement provided. I’m really just asking if it’s possible, if not, we re apply (worst case scenario as his parents are already in the UK )

No immigration officer will ask you for TB cert,they are more concerned about your travel document and tickets.
Should anyone ask you for such, politely tell them is not within the purview of the job.

The POF should ideally remain in the account as it's for maintenance funds. Visa and IHS fees are not included in the maintenance funds calculations. So, such a reason won't fly. Leave the money in the account.

It's a mail sent by UKVI. I and my dependant did our biometric on August 1st and we got the mail lastweek friday. Stating that our application for visa vignet was successful and when and where to collect out BRP in UK.

Did you use your school as BRP delivery location or used a post office?

what of your statement before you applied? Just because people are encouraging mago mago does not mean that’s the rule.

Your visa application date is on your visa form clearly and boldly.
You are rightly not to pay for visa fees or make an application until your funds have been held for 28 days BEFORE you paid ihs and submitted your application .
One person came and told us how he and all his friends and his clients have done otherwise and nothing happened… this is what you have done as well.
Might work as others have chimed in, might not work.. good luck as this is not the time to walk in fear again. What’s done is done.

Some of you don't know those are Pre departure conditions ( Conditions before Visa issuance) Once your Visa is issued it has nothing to do with them.
That is why you open your self to all sorts of exploitations

Your POF is for your study,not sure why you are asking for a confirmation in doing the wrong thing.

Unless you are using your funds for maintenance i.e paying for an accommodation etc in that case keep the relevant evidence


Otherwise you are clearly on your own
