The most important thing you'd need is an affidavit of sponsorship from your company explicitly stating why you are being sponsored and how sponsoring you will benefit them. Also, you need to get a bond drafted that you will work with them for Bleep years after studies. This bond will serve as ties to your home country.

You should reapply. The same question will come up. Your wife should explain that you said she would not be visiting then because she was running a program. But now she has completed her program and she would like to visit you. Your wife may include what her next plan(s) is/are which we show her tie to Nigeria. For example, if she is planning to start a business or she is planning to get a job, she can mention it, and say that she wanted to visit you so as to return to Nigeria to continue her plans. Give them the honest answer , what’s the reason you wanna leave Cyprus for the u.s , just say the truth

You need to show strong reasons in the reasons column for why it's an emergency situation

Hello guys. Please I'm not sure if this is new on CGI. My F1 visa was delayed about 3 weeks ago ,so while filling a new VISA application, I came across this page below. If I select No it will take me to document pick up location page and lastly payment page. However, If I choose YES, it will take me to the second screenshot.

Is this normal as I haven't been issued a Visa before let alone having an expired visa? Will this have any implication on being able to see a date .. just worried! Has anyone encountered this before? . Contribution /input will highly be appreciated .Thanks.
