No doubt... some gracefully... like Genevieve ... showing one year older every 4 years .... while it is clear now that some like Tinubu show 5 years older each year. I get it. He wins and be President next year... this year he's 72... according to his latest number ... but looks like 82. At the end of his first year in office he will look like 87. See your mouth like only...that only sef, do you know how much it was? So they withheld LGA funds so how did the LGA survived? Was it not the state that footed the bill? Do you know how much it takes to service local governments in Lagos for a year? A weak state would have fallen into chaos.....We are not talking about millions here but billions, over 30 billion in fact.

That picture should be like 20 years ago. Tinubu should be like 60 years plus in that picture.

All this olodo people flooring the net these days, I am so worry that the future of our darling nation is blinking.
The reason for him withholding the Lagos state allocation as at today as not be rectified and ratified. All the LCDAs created till date had no single federal allocation, except those that are constitutionally created.
To me, the splitting of the LGAs is the reason why the administration of the local government is not functioning as expected. The state governors had hijacked the administration of LGAs and rendered them powerless and made them an appendage of the state, which suppose not to be so. Anyone that knew what was the administration of LGAs in 1999- 2003, will appreciate that LGA was truly grassroots government.
