Use Binance and rest. As for customer care--i don't know much about binance customer care because I haven't had need for such.
I can testify of Binance customer care. Used it about 2months ago. It's top notch .
You can see the option to chat with a live Binance agent somewhere on the app and make your complaints there to an online agent. It's almost like WhatsApp chat. I even asked over 7 questions after my complaint was resolved and the agent was online and replied all & answered all questions the minute l asked them.

Some Nigerian users on twitter whose funds were locked reported negative experiences tho until binance official came to refute the claims on twitter, that they were locked out of their funds in connection with fraudulent activities traced there. To avoid stories that touch tho, It's advisable to always keep your capital out of exchanges when not trading especially if extremely large sums are involved.

All my previous deposits to buy stocks on Bamboo or stocks & crypto on Passfolio, l used bank deposit /transfer on my bank app from a bank account bearing my name.Thats how l credited my passfolio and Bamboo and the cash reflected on the app within working hours week days.

Bank transfer like on your Nigerian account? If yes, does this mean one can deposit naira to his or her passfolio account, get credited dollar worth probably at official bank rate. Buy Bitcoin on passfolio, then move over to Binance to sell at black market rate. How feasible is this please?

Yes na. Deposit naira, simply upload the e-receipt from bank app or physical teller showing naira amount, it will reflect and The dollar equivalent amount will be credited to your passfolio stocks wallet

At official bank rate ?

All ( naira )Bank transfers on Nigerian account gets credited in dollars to passfolio immediately working hours week days. prevailing exchange rate for the day. Bank transfers is working 100% wella. but one 'must not include any crypto description in payment description' and all funds get credited to stocks account.
After the funds are in stocks wallet (minimum 2days or so), before one can move the cash into crypto wallet to purchase crypto. You can find out more on their official telegram group.

It's not CBN official rate.but it's still better than black market rate. you can download the app & log in to check today's rate.

The passfolio naira to dollar exchange rate & black market exchange rate Difference not much for arbitrage on binance p2p. You cannot use passfolio for arbitrage.
Infact one limitation is that although in addition to depositing cash, you can deposit crypto from your binance or Trustwallet or any crypto wallet worldwide into your passfolio crypto wallet.
But you cannot withdraw crypto for now.

You can only sell the crypto to cash to withdraw.
If you register with Nigerian account, you can only sell to naira.
If you register with USA account, say you live in USA, you can only sell assets(stocks & crypto) to dollars.
If you register with UK account details, say u Nigerian living in London, you can only sell assets to British pounds.

And only accepted withdrawals are to any bank account bearing your passfolio names only. You can't withdraw to friends account bearing another name.

N:B

I have not attempted dollar transfer from Nigerian Bank domicillary account to passfolio before.so l don't know how it is. You can contact customer care in their official telegram group. All my bank transfers to credit my passfolio wallet with dollar equivalent were from Naira Bank account.

I have successfully attempted using my Dollar ATM issued in another country (not Nigeria oooo) to buy stocks on INVESTBAMBOO before, and it went through within 5minutes. Was debited on the dollar ATM & it reflected in my bamboo wallet in dollars.
But was unable to withdraw dollars back to the same ATM after selling a few stocks sometime ago.Very Long process. Involves swift also to withdraw dollars . Needed the funds urgently.Had to quickly sell the stocks to naira and withdraw to naira Bank account.

Please, I need recommendations on the best trading platforms. I don’t want a situation in which I will have to start calling customer care.
I'm having it good with kukoin - in fact, they exceed my expectations. But bnnce seems to be the most popular choice tho.
Any of those two should do

Kucoin is more flexible than Binance for small accounts. You can buy coins with less than 3 dollars unlike Binance that has a strict limit of 10 dollars. Also, Kucoin has more listed coins than Binance - it is the place to go if you are looking for low cap coins and gems. I never tried their p2p trading so I don't know how reliable the merchants there are.

I still believe btc falls so I entered into another short on btc. I am starting to think that the eth merge has already been priced in which is why so many coins have been rising. The defining event to watch out for has to be the ISM data from the USA by 3pm. Anyway, here's the trade idea - use good risk mgmt at all times :
Sell
Btc
Entry : 19900
S/l : 20800
T.p 1 : 19500
T.p. 2 : 19160
T.p. 3: 18100

Ah, thanks for the write up. Sorry to ask but you seem to be familiar of this arbitrage of a thing. Are there platforms out there one can purchase crypto at bank rate to sell at binance p2p. Tried severally but to no avail. I'd be glad if you could share any you're conversant with.

I haven't use any cards this month. ( P2P trading and currencies arb are taking lots of my time these days)

But the new platform people are using now is fluid Finance ( take some cards like GTB, Uba). The older platforms like pyypl, Skrill, offgamers, Goespay, PayPal, stripe are working too...... You can go through the last month post I made to see some cards you can try.

Actively buying clean PayPal funds ( FNF/GNS)

Contact on my Sig!

Escrow is a must!!!

BTC as fallen to $19,224 . A new support. Will it go down further? What will the new resistance be?

I am just buying up tsla, apple, nio and Amazon now.
I wouldn’t say it is a loss, it is just a drop in value which will recover with time.

I decided to close the trade at 18800. I'm expecting a range motion to follow after this huge drop. There has to be some buyers somewhere- any further decisions on trades will be taken tmao. I suspect that any further big drop will come after the ECB Press Conference by 1:45 pm on Thursday.

Ideally, you should be looking at the area of 17.5k -18.5k. Everything relating to that support area holding or not will become clearer after a couple of hrs --six hrs at the very least.
