Hello gaby

I have a similar experience though I used the Kano-Niger-Agadez-Duruku-Shabhad-Tripoli route to connect Libya with destination PALERMO, ITALY.

I wish to pen down my story from the reason I left, to the the survival methods, the risks, the near death situations, loss of fellow travellers, the jobs, arrests, and how I came back to Nigeria alive.

I really don't know how to start but I know its something I can do. Tho I won't bare it all put because like you, I believe I can get facilators to help my ministry.

And Yes, I am from Edo State too.

Good morning, brother.

Great to read from you.

There isn't a better way or time to start it.

Just go ahead, write and tell your story.

Blessings...

But are still back in Nigeria with little to show for it..

Very unfair

Please go for Confession if you are a Catholic, if not, Kill 17 Cows and send them to all 36 states for beggars to pray for you.

Gaby, I need the hardcopy. Naturally, I don't read novels or story books but I'm interested in your story.

Sorry for all you've been through and thank God for breakthrough.

Oh, ma.

Thank you so much for the kind words and your willingness to do an exception by buying and reading my book. It means a whole lot to me.

However, I regret to inform you that I currently do not have any hard copies as of now, having shared them to school and folks around me.

The only avenue for a hard copy is through Amazon and I can understand if you are unable to order one from there depending on your current location.

Please, if you can, try the e-copy on either okada books or Amazon.

You are appreciated ma.

Please when is the hardcopy likely to be available again? I want to have it so these young ones around me can read too. Good morning.

Good morning, I'll keep you informed, please.

I got discouraged to keep printing to say the truth because of our poor reading culture.

I did my bit at sharing the lessons among youths around me though and that makes me happy.

Thanks a lot.

Hello guys, due to the overwhelming support i have received from a seemingly innocent comment on a previous thread and in response to popular demand to create a separate thread to chronicle my experiences,i have decided to do this here.

However,i would like to point out and crave your understanding to the honest fact that i might not be doing a bare it all here. This is so because at the moment no one can tell where or when special interests might come knocking for my story.

I wouldn't want to have bared it all in here and be left with nothing to hand prospective suitors. ( everybody like money)

The experiences i'll be sharing here are going to be straight up first hand as it happened to me some 20 years ago, beyond and present as it might relate to my narrative.

To get a proper perspective i might have to do a background intro so you readers will better understand how i ended up venturing on this voyage of yes/no return as the case may be.

It is imperative to state here for the sake of clarity that i am doing this not for some cheap popularity or attention-seeking-ego-massaging trip,i am taking this up as a first step to finding me healing from all the trauma and also to pass on a lesson or two to you readers on the dangers inherent on this journey.

I'm naturally a pretty well private person who's known to bottle up stuffs a lot, this explains why this is the first time i'll be baring my experiences of some 20 years ago for the first time straight up as it is.

I'll hope you guys enjoy reading as i give the narratives but i'll prefer a question and answer session kind of. I even confuse sef.

Please note that my narrative here is not an expert advise on travelling by road or illegally, neither does it seek to promote or encourage same. I stand against and condemn all illegalities as it relates to travelling and otherwise.

Here's the thread that got us here
