Lagos is a city built on water with populations that is X20 more than the available space. Is it govt that poor dirt in the drainage system, is it government that stop the local government officials to clean the gutters saying they shouldn’t worry they will clean it themselves coz they have turn the cover to a market place. Is it government throws diapers, nylon , plastics in the drainage. All this nonsense have to stop, government of Lagos have done what Yorubas call gudugudu meje, Yaya mefa.
