For the first time I now agree that sowore is madt. Lagos is a city built on water with populations that is X20 more than the available space. Is it govt that poor dirt in the drainage system, is it government that stop the local government officials to clean the gutters saying they shouldn’t worry they will clean it themselves coz they have turn the cover to a market place.
