They will never be born-again as a result, and so they will perish in the grave following God's judgment in Genesis 3 vs 19

Recall that God promised the righteous eternal life and that they would be resurrected at the end when Jesus Christ returns to rule over Israel. And according to Jesus Christ, those who belong to Him are asleep in their graves. But here we have instead Abraham wide awake and alert to the goings on in the underworld, having conversations with even those damned by God to perish in the grave, why?
