Pay no mind to these poor mindset folks saying 10k for just noodles. I believe you were even modest with the price, weren't you? Did you cost the beef and chicken?

How did that much water come into a stir fried noodles?

Anyway, you are right about the flavour. When I was younger I wondered what made those nice restaurants pasta taste differently.

Took me a while to discover it is the seasoning- soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce. Then you stir-fry.

Too much ingredients though. The vegetables shouldn’t be overwhelming. Don’t take the shine away from the noodles.

The ingredients aren't too much. It's the way it was cooked. The soggy look of the noodles makes the ingredients look overwhelming. Again, the pepper and veggies ought to have been fried nicely.

Not bad, try to slice or grind the pepper and onions nextime.
You look like someone who won't peel their yams when cooking it.

He might not need msg and bullion powder. Infact he dont need them.
Who makes stir fry without garlic like 4 cloves of garlic is needed for that stir-fry. Combining the right amount of sauces is the secret. Maybe, in naija restaurants, because we are used to msg, they put that for us.
You don't stir fry with oils like groundnut oil.
wahala no come too much for stir fry like dis..

Ingredients:
Soysauce
Oyster sauce
Eggs
Lettuce
Carrot
Tomato
Pepper
Green spring/ onions
Peas
Ginger

Pork chops
Chicken breast
Indomie fried Oriental and Relish Noodles.

Chop up the ingredients.
Boil/Fry the eggs and set aside.
Boil/fry meat or protein choice.
Steam your noodles and then sieve and set aside.
Add oil to the pan and stir fry the chopped ingredients and then add the eggs and then slowly add the Soy sauce and Oyster sauce, might give it a brownish look.

Stir fry together with the noodles.
Wait to simmer for 5 minutes
Add meat or protein choice.

Serve. Enjoy.

Best served with a chilled bottle of Viju Milk chocolate/Red Wine/ Orange or Apple Juice.

You for use that 10k buy a wok or correct nonstick pot so you’d actually achieve your stir fry noddles cos there’s nothing stir fryish about what you cooked here. No be water dey boil for the pot.

Anyways nice trial but you really can’t achieve a stir fry with that pot and amount of noodles.

Sorry but this doesn't look like stir fry, the water is much... For me tho relish has veg's in it already and chicken, for 1 pack just less than a handful fresh vegs should be added to retain the taste.

@Basiljoe, One of the "secrets" to making a good stir fry (noodles) is to make in smaller portions at a time.
That way, it hardly gets soggy due to the heavy stirring.

That is how the Chinese make their stir fries, including rice.
A little at a time is mostly their style of cooking.

True. He doesn’t need them for anything. I start by sautéing crushed garlic. You are also right about the taste. It does take some getting used to. Even the smell. I use extra virgin olive oil, but sometimes I use groundnut oil. lipsrsealed

I didn’t even know I was doing it by the books. I just noticed it tastes and smells “better” that way.
Olive oil is good as well as some other tasteless oil. You can add that Asian taste with their Sesame oil. A little.
The problem with cooking with groundnut oil is that the taste is heavy. It will take over everything or water down the taste of other key ingredients
I don't cook with it. Unless i dont have alternative I don't use it. I don't like the taste. But if you like it, enjoy pls.
