Your passport is with the Abj TLS. Their inventory system is very shabby now . So they are having a hard time updating received passport from UKVI. Send a complaint email to TLS. It goes directly to the TLS customer service at their headquarter. They will straighten the Nigeria TLS up. You will receive your collection mail same day. Select visa process.

I booked for 3rd of October after I picked up my Visa on the 22nd of September and I am to arrive on the 4th, I shared the ticket with them but they keep insisting, I need advise on what to do as they are insisting on withdrawing the CAS on the deadline and informing UKVI of the withdrawn CAS on that 3rd.

You better look for money and buy another ticket. Trust me, they will withdraw your CAS and that will not be a pleasant situation. Forget the ticket you have bought and buy another one - even if you need to fly out from Abuja or Ghana. Just ensure you arrive in the school before the deadline. Delay is dangerous
