10k cant buy you anything reasonable sha. this is the best way to go. have about 50k to spend, buy food stuff in bulk and at the end you will realize that if you do the calculations 10k lasted you a certain period. not like you literally have to spend 10k when you go to the market

very possible. but na manage o. i kilo of chicken is 2,500 and it would finish in 2 to 4 days. what about tomatoes, pepper, rice, beans, oil, palm oil. bro may God continue to provide. normally 10k should not last more than 4 days in today's economy

My monthly budget for food is 12k. I always buy foodstuffs in bulk, so the 12k is just basically for meat, vegetables and other small expenses.
I cook every food that I eat and I haven't eaten outside in over five years. I stay alone sha.

please can you give us insight? I am currently living in osogbo. o boy na enjoyment i dey enjoy here o. when i was living In lagos i spend minimum of 50k eating in a month. here it is like i am over feeding. lol

It’s an average of 8,500 per day…I don’t cook..I buy food at eateries. About 2k5 to 3k per meal…plus some extra junks. Now, I’m used to the lifestyle.

My monthly Budget for food alone is 150k ... Fuel for car .. 18k .. fuel Gen set 12k ... Nepa bill prepaid .. 25k .. DStv .. 9k .. fill gas 12k .. 4 boys snacks and juice for school 1montb 15k... Just d one I can remember because as d country dey now na to live am be d best

I can manage 2k for one week that's if I want to, But I too like food so I spend a lot because normally I dey like make something dey my mouth( like snacks) especially at nights so I can sleep well.

If you can feed with $15(#10,00]) for 4 to 5 days in Nigeria, why do people with well paying jobs still want to go abroad. Food is cheap, rent is even cheaper. I repeat people with well paying jobs before you start quoting me. A room in a major US city is like $800 to $1500 a month, plate of Nigerian food is like $22.

life i lived in Ikeja. but i dont spend this much sha. N1500 to 2000 at most per meal. then i do manage some small eateries where i spend N500 to N700. Max i have spent on a single meal is 6k. lol
